If I could we give them 0 stars. They took away 5 channels main channels. I wish LUS Fiber would come to Scott, Louisiana!

Do what ever you can to avoid these crooks. Their internet sucks, it is slow and hangs up all the time. We have 100mb downloads and it is the same as it was with 50mb download which was no faster than when we had 25 mb downloads. The DVR’s they have are garbage. They delete(reset) all the shows you record which pretty much defeats the reason for paying out the ass for DVR service. When you try and use on demand services from from companies like Showtime when it gets to the cox log in screen it just starts looping the window and it will never log in.

I am seriously considering a switch to another cable company. Every month, sometimes twice a month, I have to call about my service. One rep told ME to do a complete reboot once per week in order to remedy the problem. I am not an employee. I pay for this service. I should not have to work for the service as well. It is very frustrating to remain on the line an hour at a time several times throughout the month.
