Ben was contracted to build a large detached Solar Structure to accommodate 24 solar panels on our property in Lafayette. (We didn’t want the solar panels attached to our roof.) The design process (through the City/​County) ended up being quite complex with the steel supports needing to go down 10′ into the ground. Ben and his capable crew got this done without a hitch. Then the giant 6″ x 12″ wood beams were hoisted to the tops and the roof was built. All went up quickly and the design aesthetic is beautiful. Ben went the extra mile to see that each detail was perfect even adding his own touches to insure proper drainage of rainwater. We couldn’t be happier. Very professional and very capable. Great work.

Great job, they did a small-​ish project for us — took a wall down from full wall to half wall. They did it in one day so to save us the renovation length. It looks great and we are very happy with the results!

Early this year, we purchased a short-​sale house and was looking for a general contractor to completely renovate the house end to end so I could rent it out. We had interviewed several contractors and wanted to give up until we met Ben — I knew within a few minutes he was the right guy for the job.
Ben and his team are professionals. The contract is one of the more detailed that I have seen, permits are taken care of for you, no hassles with the city inspections, crew showed up when they said they would be, work and material is above standard.
Ben is also very good at design and paint colors. He offered a number of suggestions to make the house more modern and higher-​end.
I must admit, we got lucky when we met Ben as the final product is a wow.
