Dr. Wolf and his technician, Jean Jacobs, are the BEST! They genuinely care for the animals and I know when our pet rats are with them, they are in the best hands.
Sometimes we, as pet owners, have to make that horrible decision of whether or not to put the animal down. Jean and Dr. Wolf will do what is right for the animals. If they feel the pet should be put down, they will say so, and I know that they are making the best decision for the animal. If they feel there is a chance that some medication or other procedure will work, they will try it. The important thing is they will not let the animal suffer.
I also like that when they have to keep the animals overnight, they keep them with them (as opposed to leaving them unattended at the clinic). My ratties are never alone, and that makes me feel better. If they are sick and have to be at the vet, I feel much more comfortable knowing they are with Dr. Wolf and Jean.
