Beware!!! Drove 1 ½ hours to get here and they wouldn’t exchange my cups for new ones. My mother purchased them from this store and I had the receipt. Store clerk was extremely rude and told me I had to send them to Tervis and pay for shipping. I wish my mother bought them at Bed Bath & Beyond.

Unfortunately, I have nothing nice to say about my latest visit to this location. It’s the day after Christmas and my girlfriends and I decided to make the hour trip to the Tervis store to exchange several tumblers that have cracked or were discolored. When we arrived and spoke with Rose Marie, she rudely explained to us that they«do not exchange them here» and that we would have to send it in. We then explained how disappointed we were because we had driven about an hour to get there. Her next response was… «Well there’s a post office right around the corner!» No, I’m sorry, no, I wish I could help you out… Her entire demeanor was rude and completely unprofessional. I’ve been a loyal Tervis customer for many years and while I will continue to buy Tervis tumblers, the way the new policy change was communicated to me was rude and unprofessional. I think a lesson on customer service needs to be provided to this employee.

They are really nice. They go that extra way to help you out. My whole family loves their cups. They’ll even help you pick out the best accessories that go with your cups. They even advised us of a sale that was going on and how we could save more money by getting 3 cups and accessories. They didn’t have to tell us and it worked out in our favor. They are very very sweet there. Make you feel welcome. Plus they have a large and diverse selection.

I bought a set of these because of the guarantee but when mine was defective(it had water between the layers) they made me mail it back at my expense. It cost more to mail it back then it would have to buy a new one. They are telling me I have to wait 4 – 6 weeks after they receive it to get a replacement. If I had bought a new one they would have shipped it in about one week. This is horrible customer service and I wish I had never bought from them.
