More problems with AC and B and D. Now they have come out 2 more times to try and fix issues they have created or missed. Refused to check for a freon leak. This time had another company come out and check it. Six months after filling it up and almost $ 2000 later… all the freon is gone again and AC not working again. Would never trust B and D Again.

B & D has been called out to our home a number of times through our American Home Shield warranty. Each time, they have been incredibly quick to respond, sometimes calling to schedule an appointment within hours of the AHS request being submitted. We have had multiple techs come out to the house, and each one has been timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and resolved our problems quickly. For our most recent call-out, our technician, David, came out to check out the problem and discovered that the wiring in our thermostat was faulty. He performed a by-pass outside at the unit to allow us to have heat during a few extremely cold days, and was willing to stick around while I called the thermostat company to request a replacement. He spoke with the company, articulating the problem(which I wouldn’t have been able to do), and a new thermostat was sent to us. Once I received the new thermostat, he came back to the house to install it and fix the wiring. B & D has excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for your heat & A/C needs!
