To me this is just your average Pizza hut location. It is not better or worse than any other pizza hut stores. Don’t expect gourmet quality pizza and you won’t be too disappointed. I’ve never had a major issue with delivery delay yet. I would give this place 3-stars based on quality of service and taste. I am knocking down 1 star because, given that this store is the only Pizza Hut in Ladera Ranch and its proximity, I find it ridiculous that this location almost NEVER honors deal coupons mailed to your home. Everytime I go online to place an order with a coupon I have, it always says this location does not accept the coupon code. Pizza Hut is known to mail out massive amount of coupons and promo, so no surprise there, but at least make sure a store in the neighborhood is participating in that promo before sending marketing garbage. Stupid.

If I could give negative stars I would. A complete nightmare. We were having friends over for a football game and the kids wanted pizza. We ordered the food at 215pm with a scheduled delivery of 615, arrived at 645pm. Called to inquire why, was on hold and then was told to wait and it would eventually show up and if it didn’t to call back. Made multiple calls with the same answer, when the food arrived it was cold and missing multiple items. Inquired with the driver and was told to call the store, called and now have to wait an addition 30 minutes. Order from someone else. Micah the manager is rude and has ZERO customer skills. Absolutely horrible!

Pizza Hut: normally you think«oh ya some quality pizza.» Today, I had the wonderful displeasure of encountering less than perfunctory customer service. I walked in and waited about 7 minutes to order at the counter. It took so long that I decided to call you order in – that seemed to be more of a priority to the workers there, but hat is no reason to ignore customers that are actually present in the store. I saw one employee playing a game on her phone whilst I waited blatantly standing in front of the counter. The pizza itself was ok, but half of the experience is how the customer is treated.

Usually this place is pretty reliable with the order placed online. But today when i came in to get my order, i was surprised to see my chicken wings are missing! How is it possible that nobody saw the big empty space in the combo box? It is impossible that the last employee who closed the box completely missed it! It was the big box combo that came with 2 medium pizza, breadsticks &8 pcs buffalo chicken. Good thing that i opened the box before leaving, otherwise …

I’ve ordered takeout from here about four times and every time it was fast, accurate and pretty good considering this is a Pizza Hut. We’re from the East Coast so let’s face it California your best pizza places(i’ve now tried 15 – 20 of them) wouldn’t stay in business in New York City or Boston for two weeks. So considering that the best pizza around here is pretty bad by northeast and even rest-of-the-country standards, Pizza Hut becomes pretty good.

I wish I could give them negative stars. We moved to Ladera a few months ago and get coupons for them all the time. So we started using them. The pizza is usually delivered on time. tonight, we ordered. I called at 4:50 to order a pizza and was told 1 hour. No problem, that gives me time to get home and wait. Well, 1 hour and 20 minutes go by and no pizza. So I call and sit on hold for over 10 minutes before some rushed woman answers the phone and starts screaming at me that they are not taking anymore orders and to call back in an hour. She almost hung up on me before I yelled back to hold on. I asked about current orders that were placed over an hour ago. She reluctantly checked on my order and told me that it would be another 30 – 40 minutes before my order was even PUT in the oven. So 2 hours for the pizza to cook and another 20 for delivery? WTH? She then hung up on me. So I called back, waited on hold for another 5 minutes to be told that I couldn’t even come pick it up and that they would be unable to cook it for me. They simply had too many orders to fill and couldn’t work fast enough. The walk in customers were put ahead of the call in and delivery orders. She said I could come pick it up but it would be an hour before they could ‘guarantee’ the pizza would be done. I asked for the managers name and she hesitated before giving it to me. I’m sure it was a fake name. Too bad, I’ll go the corporate route and make sure he hears about this.

This has to be the worst pizza hut ever… my bf called and placed an order for me to pick up after work and they didn’t even say hello before placing him on hold. I got there to pick up the one pizza that we ordered and was told that it was in the oven… ok…so I paid and sat down. A lady that had ordered in front of me came inside to get her pizza and it was ready… so I figured mine should be too… went up to ask about my pizza and it had been placed in the warming area… explained to the supervisor that I had been sitting and waiting the entire time and she said… yeah he has a problem letting people know that there pizza is ready… are you kidding me??? Will NEVER order a pizza from this place again.

I don’t know why everyone’s hating on this Pizza Hut they have always done a good job when I’ve been here the Internet order I placed the other day was ready when they said it would be and the pizza hasn’t been that bad I mean come on do you expect Pizza Hut to roll out the red carpet for you?

My hubby picked up a pizza from this location last night. My hubby and daughter have been up all night throwing up. I didn’t eat any. Beware of the ham and pineapple.

We went to this Pizza Hut the other day because the line at Subway next to it was too long. While the pizza was ok, the table we sat on looked like it had not been properly cleaned in years. It had layers and layers of dirt on it. and only when I asked one of the employees to start scrubbing, it came off. Just imagine how clean the kitchen must be. Yiiikkessss… not going there again.

I wish I could love this location but their management needs some help. I called in my order and was told it would be ready at 6:45. I arrived right on time and the kid at the counter told me it would be about 5 more minutes, 10 tops. They were really busy so I took a seat and waited. It ended up taking them 20 more minutes, and in that time I saw MANY frustrated customers and really poor management. One guy walked in and when he placed his order he was told 15 minutes. It actually took 50 minutes. This poor guy had two little kids with him and never would have even ordered if he knew it would take that long. He was so frustrated and I really felt bad for him. Another couple who was told 10 minutes waited 40 minutes and then had to cancel their order because they couldn’t wait any longer. The poor girl working the counter was apologizing left and right. She really was taking the brunt of it and it wasn’t her fault. They MUST have a system that tells them exactly how long it takes to make a pizza, how many pizzas are in front of the order, the cooking time, and how long it will be. I mean, this is 2013, right? Dominoes has an automated system that give you updates via text or their app on when your pizza was made, put in the oven, finished, out for delivery/ready to pick up. So I know this is possible. Bottom Line: Most people aren’t going to Pizza Hut for high quality pizza. It’s all about price and convenience. And when you take away convenience, there’s not much left. I won’t be back, unless I want to sit and watch a bunch of people get really pissed at a poor high school girl.

This place has some of the most embarrassing customer service ever. I asked for a manager after the illiterate kid who works there was very rude to my wife. When I called back, he answered the phone«hello». I was like, «hello?» WTF? I asked for a manager and he laughed and said he was the manager. He basically tried to tell me there was no manager and refused to give me a corporate complaint line or some way to notify someone at Pizza Hut about this. I left a complaint at corporate so we’ll see what happens… what a joke. Don’t support this location Ladera — go to Mandi’s as the service isn’t pathetic.

I had to try out the $ 10 pizza craze at Pizza Hut. Bad idea! I placed a pick up order for a large pepperoni pizza at my local Pizza Hut and it was not so good. I ordered thin crust with extra cheese and of course, got thick thick crust with no visible extra cheese, Absolutely gross tasting pizza. It reminded me of ketsup on toasted Wonderbread with some cheese and pepperoni. But that’s what I should have expected for only $ 10!

I always seem to have issues with the customer service here? I only give it a three star because of my rediscovery of the deep dish pan pizza and who can beat $ 15 for three medium pizzas!
