Poor customer service. Delivers for over $ 100 couldn’t be delivered except on the day before Mothers Day with a delivery time of some where between 6AM and 10PM with a requirement «someone must be there to accept the delivery». So we had to sit at home waiting for a delivery. I think ‘NOT’. Who’d want to waste a day waiting for a delivery. Obviously NO customer service focus in their business plan. Had to give a rating of some sort per Unilocal guidelines. A one star for answering the phone.
