Morgan Transfer

This was our first experience with a moving company and boy, did we ever make the right choice! Darin Michael, owner of Morgan Transfer, could not have been more helpful or responsive to all of our moving questions and needs. He was efficient and accurate during the assessment of our moving requirements. He happily assisted in making sure that all our needs were met, easily and willingly communicating via email, my preferred method of communication. The moving crew arrived exactly as schedule and worked amazingly fast. They were careful with our belongings, always mindful to keep us informed about the details of the move. They were friendly, respectful, and efficient. They worked non-​stop from morning to late afternoon, not even stopping for breaks or lunch.
We’re more than satisfied with Morgan Transfer and will happily recommend them to anyone who asks. Darin Michael took all of the unknowns out of our move and made it seem easy.

Our move with Morgan Transfer was an excellent experience! Admittedly we were a challenging job for them, even though our move was less than a mile, we were trading some furniture with relatives so there were multiple stops, we needed a piano moved up a flight of stairs and also needed our 17′ oval trampoline to get moved, The crew was fast, efficient, and courteous. They were worth every penny!

Morgan Transfer did a great job moving my parents’ household goods from Wyoming to Washington. All communications were clear and timely, and they were on time for both the load-​out and the delivery. All of the material arrived in good shape, with no damage. All in all, they performed the service exactly as promised. I enjoyed working with them.

These folks are quick, good workers and very nice. They asked all the right questions and suggested the best solutions. They packed, carried and shipped more quickly then I had imagined and made the whole ordeal as painless as it could be. The sales and marketing director Darin was very considerate, responsive and punctual. He set everything up and communicated well throughout the whole move. I will use the these lovely guys from now on when I need help and I’ve suggested them to all my friends! Well done!

Morgan Transfer moved my family in to our new home and made the move simple and enjoyable by being on time, professional, efficient and finished in under the time quoted. I felt that I was in good hands because of the care and time the moving crew took with each item they moved on and off the truck. After the move, they put together my furniture which I wasn’t looking forward to doing myself and at the end of the day my move was complete. They even offered to come back and pick up the empty boxes for me. I will use Morgan Transfer for any and all moves in the future. Thank you so much for a great moving experience!

Long story short — we were very impressed when Darin came out to appraise our move (from Rochester, WA to Lacey storage (for 2 mos.) to McMinnville, OR) and so decided to go with Morgan Transfer. Too bad Darin couldn’t have handled the whole thing personally. In the end, however, they lost a box and damaged a mattress. How do you lose something that had our name plastered all over it plus had their inventory tag on it (which they also show as missing). Would not recommend.

They moved an extremely heavy pallet of furniture to our office and were ¹⁄₃ of the cost of another company. They were able to move the furniture in less than 24 hours (other companies were a week wait) of when I originally called for a quote. The two men, Tim & Jim, were very nice and extremely helpful. I plan on using them for my personal move next month as well. Thank you!!!

All aspects of working with Morgan Transfer were exceptional. From the estimator to our point person to the van lines they use, they were professional, had thoughtful and proactive communication, followed through on time and fulfilled the contract fully. During the stressful time of moving, having movers you can count on makes all the difference!

Responsible, courteous and so helpful. They are worth your call or online quote. Don’t move without getting in touch with Neighbor’s FIRST. They stayed in line with they’re quote and were so fast on the day of moving. They moved us from Fed. way to Seattle and we are life long customers from now on. THANKS :-)
