We do have a Custom Security System and our front was replaced yesterday, requiring removal of a sensor. The contractor was unfamiliar with the system and when he replaced it, the sensor would not work. OK, time to call Custom for help.
I was connected with Renee’ who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Beyond her technical assistance, I found her to have a wonderful and cheerful and attitude in helping me resolve a serious issue.
