Good steaks, Mexican food, and other. The steak and enchiladas has a huge steak, and the ribeye is massive. Pretty good with just butter n salt fry but you add your own spice. They serve chips and salsa appetizer automatically, latter is an odd brownish green color but really good, former not so much. Decent prices depending on what you get(steaks are pricey, same price but bigger cuts that chains). Décor is much newer than the other Tejas, even gave a model train running around the ceiling. Note, this is the newest one that’s located on south side of La Vernia, NOT the one between LV and 1604.

Great place to eat! We had steaks and chopped steak which were all cooked perfectly with great flavor. The chopped steak came with real brown gravy and perfectly cooked onions! Our steaks had this great cheese sauce with sautéed peppers and onions that perfectly topped the flavor. All our baked potatoes were perfectly cooked with exact toppings. The prices were complimentary to portions and the service was friendly and frequent! Definitely a repeat!

The food was so so. I ordered a steak and disappointed it wasn’t fired grilled or chargrilled. The charo beans and rice need more spices and flavor. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? Perhaps the burgers are better?

Place is great! Portions are perfect for a gordo like me! I ordered the chicken fajita plate and it was very flavorful. My buddy who just just came in from Thailand was craving a big Texas steak and he loved it. The Manager Rigo was very accommodating and completely professional. I’ll be back!

The food is awesome and I love the decorations. I also like the train that goes around the restaurant. The people are really nice and I love to eat there

Chicken fajitas, beef fajitas and a cheeseburger was ordered. Chicken was tender and had a good flavor. Beef was kind of tough. Burger was okay. Heard the steak is good. Will have to try that next time. Prices are reasonable. Fajita plate $ 11.99 and worth it.
