Smoke Shop La Verne

Best smoke shop I have been to. Amazing vap, pipes and hookah and the owner (frank) is elastic in some prices. This shop is really cool.

First and foremost, I want to start my review by saying that this place sells counterfeit items, so every buyer should be aware of that prior to making a purchase from this store. I purchased a Grenco Science G Pro herbal vaporizer from this store on 5÷29÷15. The gray haired gentleman in glasses behind the counter tells me he’ll give me a deal and offer the item at a lower price than was advertised. I was in need of a replacement right away, and the idea of getting one cheaper seemed great to me so I handed over my credit card and made the purchase.
The guy told me that their credit card system was down, and that he didn’t have a receipt for me yet he was able to manually enter in my card info and print one for me to sign for his records. He then asks me for my drivers license and writes my ID number on the back of the receipt. At no point did he give me a copy, and why does he need my driver’s license number? He assured me everything was fine and I left a happy customer thinking I had just gotten a great deal.
When I got home to try it out, it wasn’t heating up properly, and would shut off every 30 seconds or so. I brought it back to the store the following day and was rudely asked to leave and told that there is no refunds, and I would have to take it up with the manufacturer. I contacted Grenco Science, and they inspected my G Pro vape pen. It turns out that not only is it defective, but it’s a counterfeit product!!!
I contacted my credit card issuer to file a dispute for the charges because I’ll be damned if this guy is going to try and pull a fast one on me, and as luck would have it, I check my transaction records and I find out that I was charged more than full price!!! So let’s see, defective item, counterfeit item, and I was charged a different amount than was agreed on.
This store needs to be put on blast, and people need to be made aware that the owner will illegally overcharge you, sell you a counterfeit product and then not accept any responsibility, exchange or refund the item. Buyer beware if you choose to shop here, because you probably won’t get what you paid for, and you’ll find out you paid more than you thought you did.
My credit card company is going to have a field day nailing this asshole, and I hope the store gets shut down.

When in to checkout ezigs guy pushed me to buy something I didn’t want, and had sex toys in the display case next to the vapes! never again person behind counter pushy and no customer service at all, did not care to here what I was looking for! only wanted to push what he was looking to sell!

Very nice selection great customer service, came here for the first time and I had a great experience very knowledgable and inexpensive prices, definitely be back

Not happy with this guy said he was going to give me a deal ended up charging me what he originally wanted would not shop there again do not recommend this smokeshop
