Solid business run by wonderful people for kids and adults who are interested in learning some martial arts. Teach kids value of discipline and respect. They also offer cardio class for Adults who wish to get back into shape.
An investment that will continue its positive effect beyond your life time. It’s worth every minute and every penny spent and some. Helping kids build their moral values in life, priceless!

I am very happy that we settled on this studio. I was concerned about selecting a franchise like place, however I have been very impressed with the instructors ability to adapt their program to various ages. Kids are encouraged and disciplined. When I asked my 5 year old how was Karate, I was impressed by his answer… «My focus is better, but I need to work on my kicks.» What more can a Mom ask for.

My daughter attends the Mini Dragon class and she is having the best time! The staff is great and very helpful! This is a really nice dojo. My daughter calls it «my dojo». I can’t wait for her to continue on her black belt journey. She has learned so much from Sensei Shane and Sensei Matt. Her focus has really improved from when she started 2 years ago. I am hoping that she will soon be able to move up to be a yellow belt. She really wants to spar! Thank you for everything you do, Red Dragon Karate!

Red Dragon is a fabulous place for your children to have fun and at the same time get exercise, learn how to focus, respect others and respect themselves. The instructors — Senseis Shane, Matt and Jessica — work hard each and every day with the kids and adults to ensure that everyone is moving forward and doing well. Everyone in my family participates in the Red Dragon system. We love it!

I grew up in San Dimas and was well aware of the great reputation of Red Dragon. When I moved back to San Dimas I was excited to get my family involved with this great school. Because of Sensei Shane, Sensei Shelly and Sensei Matt we would never think of going anywhere else. Red Dragon and especially Red Dragon LA Verne is the best and would recommend them to anyone.

Red Dragon Karate is an amazing place with great staff and management, including owner Sensei Shane. The cardio kickboxing classes are also great for a fun and tough workout! Everyone I’ve been in contact with in the past few years has been professional, respectful, and hard-​working. As someone who works within the education system, I recommend Red Dragon Karate to my students who would benefit from the discipline, focus, and confidence that RDK provides.

My little one is in their dragon tail class and he loves it! Everyone there are so friendly and patient with kids. Not only do they teach the basic moves and the ideas of teamwork and discipline to our little ones; they also emphasize not to use the skills on family and play ground/​school, how to scream to get help in danger situation. They teach kids to work for their rewards and to respect rules and their elders. They have a relationship with their students; I have witnessed the Sansei help them deal with little obstacles in their lifes such as fear when kids come in wanting to talk…

One star because my husband and I were offered a free ½ hour class when we came in for information. We set up a day and time to meet, we’re just walking out the door when the guy calls to cancel, with no offer to reschedule. The guy never called to reschedule but we are happy we didn’t sign up with this place after further research we discovered that this place is a McDojo! No thanks!!!
