Bottom Line

Couldn’t believe how easy & fast it was to use a pest control service. We never had a problem inside our home but outside we just removed a few trees & allowed our grass to dry up from the drought. George was able to inform me that the bugs we are seeing was most likely a result from that. I always imagined a bad smell lingering & it would take forever to get it done. George was great & moved all my dog toys to the garage to make sure it stayed safe & away from the chemicals. Once he was done he just knocked & left the invoice on my porch table. Will definitely use this service again & recommend it to our neighbors.

The receptionist was friendly, but the technician (Ernie) I used in the past had left the company. I was disappointed because he had done such a great job. I called the new guy George several times leaving multiple messages and even getting him on the phone once where he said check his schedule and get back to me. After waiting another day I gave up. Moving on guys, guess you don’t need my business.

Avoid this company at all costs! They came out to our property to assess it when it was for sale two month early, said everything was a go for $ 1500 for tenting. Later, we got a bill for $ 2600. They came a week before it was to be done because they thought there might be a physical problem tenting, decided everything was okay, but on the date of service, they decided they couldn’t do it, because of a conduit problem with the neighbors they should have picked up two months ago. They ended up doing a non-​tenting procedure, and tried to charge us the same amount. The buyers were there and talked to them about the change, and whatever they said to them cost me another $ 1400. After arduous arguing, all they could spare was a $ 700 credit, which was probably the amount that they saved by not tenting. The buyers almost walked away because of their screw-​up, and the best they could do was credit me what was actually due anyway! Boo to this company!!!

3.5 stars. The first time they sent a guy out to do the work, we weren’t given a time estimate on when to expect a worker so we didn’t know when to leave out keys for him. The communication in the beginning was a bit rocky. However, when I called to inquire/​complain about the job completed, a supervisor came out to assess the work and was very upfront and honest about the work being not up to his company’s standard and they sent the worker back out within the week to finish up the job. I wish things had gone more smoothly in terms of communication on the front end and in terms of the job being done well the first time, but they made good on their company’s reputation in the end. I do think I remember the receptionist saying it was her first couple of weeks on the job so maybe once she settles in things will be much smoother. Overall, I would recommend them.

We had them tent our house for termites and all I can say is… These guys are fantastic!!! From Craig the salesman to the office staff they were awesome people to work with. They were extremely professional in every way. Anyone that has gone through the termite tent process will tell you there is a little trauma involved to move out of your house for a few days, bag all your food, trim the plants near the house make sure the animals are taken care of. These guys made it easy. I don’t want to go through that again for a while but when I do they will be the people I call.
