Pizza Hut

Perfect service. Everything great. Everyone should visit. Food is excellent. Friendly service.

Very good pizza and fast they sometimes forget to add the honey sirracha but I end up getting a free pizza in the end:)

Ordered online. Took 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive. Keep in mind today is Thursday. Called in to check on order because I was ready to cancel and was put on hold for 9 minutes. When the employee got back on the phone she proceeded to tell me that the «driver had been dispatched and should arrive very soon».
Well, very soon turned into another 10 Minutes. Needless to say, I will not be returning as a customer. Poor delivery service and probably short staffed. It’s Thursday evening for crying out loud.
On a positive note… Delivery guy was really nice but pizza is cold.

The pizza hut we normally order from was not taking online orders so we decided to try this place last sunday. These were the worst pizza hut pizzas I can remember (and I’ve ordered a lot of pizza hut in my life including international locations). These pizzas tasted like the cheapest instant pizzas you can buy on the street, like badly cooked dough with tons of cheap palm oil fat or even lard on it. It was like the taste you get when you cook stuff repeatedly on pans you haven’t cleaned for a long time and the fat residues goes rancid.
But for additional more accurate details on what we got from this store:
— On a 1-​topping pizza (chicken topping) there was literally ONE topping per slice, ie. aprox 1 piece of chicken per slice. Come on!, is the chicken that expensive?
— On a 1-​topping large pizza (red onion topping) I counted about 15 thin cutlets of onion, TOTAL! These are not slices of onion, it is the little long cuts the cut the onion into. Yes about 15 of those, and they were buried with the sauce (did they put the sauce on top of the topping?. what the heck is a topping nowadays?). I’m sure the onions are also a very expensive commodity!
— On a stuffed crust pizza, yes the crust was stuffed; but the rest of the pizza was almost paper thin, I had never seen a stuffed crust made so thin before. And somehow the cheese they used in all of these pizzas tasted like nothing; like the worst mozzarella you could possibly find, it tasted rather like cheap monterey jack. do they use a different cheese than other pizza huts?
I don’t know if this was the cook on sundays, or a bad day or what; the other reviews appear to indicate there is indeed a problem here. I may try this place once more in a few months (after I recover) to see if there is any improvement, and perhaps, … perhaps! I may change my review if a see an improvement.

This location doesn’t deserve a one star rating. I placed an order for three large pizzas and received three medium. Called and spoke to LOLY the manager on duty. I was told a large and a medium pizza have the same amount of slices (8) that the only difference was a medium pizza is 12″ a large is 18″. We measured the box and pizza it only measured 14″. I received no credit and was charged full price. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Ordered the Hersey dunks last night for carry out and when we got back home and open the box they didn’t have my Hersey dip that came with it instead they gave me the icing instead. I’m giving it 2 stars because they drive to my house and give me the Hersey one. it would’ve been 5 stars but they didn’t even offer me some discount or a free food or something l. when they got to my house the bread was cold already so I had to microwave it.

Do not order on online! They never pay attention to special request or additional sauce! Like hello, if I’m ordering wings of course I need ranch dressing. :/

This is not a review of the restaurant but the particular pizza. I tried the Cheesy Bites today and it was not tasty. The crust was too thin and the cheesy bites part (the perimeter I presume) had a stale-​like taste. I think this the intended taste. I usually like the Supreme pan crust.
