The food is always hot and fresh but the staff needs a major attitude adjustment. I ordered 4 large combos and got 2 ketchup packets and 5 napkins. When I asked for more napkins the lady replied, I gave you some. My reply was I need more, 1 napkin is not enough for all 4 combos while eating in the car. Then I asked for buttermilk and she rolled her eyes as if it was coming out of her pocket. $ 15 an hour for this… nah. I’ll wait for the machine to take my order.

I had horrible customer service today on January 8th 2016 @11:30 am, one of the workers (the lady that was in the back making the food) rolled her eyes at me while i was looking straight at her, which was very rude.

Really bad service here. I would say that it’s the female supervisor that is so rude to everyone and her employees. Had a bad experience with classmates while on our break for coffee. So we boycott and never went back. My friends and family did the same.

I tried the Extreme Sausage Sandwich this morning, I have never been a fan of sausage I prefer bacon, but I decided to make an exception and by far it was the best exception I’ve made in my breakfast menu.
Now I’m going to have this mean more frequently it was delicious and it was so good I had to write about it.

It’s bomb here they are nice and quick and they are not tight with the sauces lol! So yup go there if you craving a little fast food and cheese cakes are good too! My fav is the monzeralla sticks they are inexpensive for quality taste!

It’s been a while anyone has written a review about this Jack location. This place is near my mother-​in-​laws house. I had finished doing an errand for her one afternoon and was hungry, decided to get my «usual» Ultimate Cheeseburger order. The crew at this restaurant was cheery and they made probably the best Ultimate I’ve ever had. I realize this is fast food but my meal was awesome.
I’ve gone back several times when in the area and I always get a great crew member at the window and my meal is hot and fresh.
They’ve made some major improvements to their staff at this location. I hope they keep up the good work.

The floor is always sticky! They only accept one coupon per order now. Other people who go there make a note of that. The only reason I go there is because the location is convent. Like when I go to the Ralph’s or something.

The food is like any other Jack in the crack but the service sucks. They always mess up my order. I ask for simple changes like no onions and the majority of the time I end up picking the onions out of my burger.

I always like Jack, even though he took away the Double Fudge Cake. Jack tries new things. And then there’s his taco deal. Ah, the tacos…
