Poor customer service. Was in the drive thru and I ordered the 2 croissant sandwiches for $ 4 but the total was $ 6.98 I said your sign in the window says 2 for $ 4 and the girl said that’s an old sign it’s no good anymore. I said you have it advertised that is what hooked me I would like it for that price. She again said sorry that’s not available and I said you can change it to reflect what your advertising and she said no it’s old. I then asked why hasn’t the sign been taken down and then silent. Then about a minute later after I kept saying «hello» a gentleman comes on the speaker and says that promotion hasn’t started yet and he can’t change the price in the computer, I was ready to say forget it and he then said there’s no way to put it in the computer for that price, i said why do you have a sign visibly showing the promotion? Then silent again, I said never mind then the 2 for $ 4 showed up on the screen magically and he then said oh I found the button to give you the promotion. What a colossal waste of time. Take the sign down and I won’t ask for it. Employee was Alex date of service 05÷26÷16 time 22:30 receipt 114 594
Hopefully this can be a teaching moment to improve.

Should NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Rejected my order that I forgot to add to my order at the window which was only a large curly fry after I had ordered over $ 30 worth of food. Said I took to long and it’s been 7 minutes, and cars are behind me… DUH ITS A DRIVE THROUGH!!! She gave me attitude and said come back around… she kept saying NO INSTEAD OF JUST GIVING ME MY ORDER. RUDE !

I do not come to this Jack often, simply because every time that I come. They never have what I am looking to order. Always out of something. Service is always horrible. Norma, helped us today, she was extremely rude and she couldn’t help holding back the faces she made when ever my boyfriend and I would talk or ask if they had something we were looking to order. and on top of that, this location was empty at the time that we arrived and it took over 5 minutes for someone to attend us, thanks for the great service Norma. Definitely not coming back here.

Always get my shit wrong in the drive thru then are dumb about it when I try to complain

This is the closest Jack in the Box to me so Id go here quite often but after many times of them not giving me my full order I won’t be coming here anymore. I recently ordered breakfast and an order of tacos and when I gave them the benefit of the doubt that my order was all there I got home to find I was charged for my tacos but they weren’t in my two bags I was given. I called and spoke to the manager who told me Connie forgot to hand them to me and I could go pick them up. I call when I’m on my way to pick the tacos up and Connie answers and accuses me of lying and she tries defending herself like it wasn’t resolved. I didn’t go to get the tacos just because I figured someone would have spit in them. Get it together Connie you chose to work there. I just wanted the tacos the first time.

I like this jack in the box it’s always are very nice and cool place to come. Not the cleanest but I leave the workers are usually pretty nice. My favorite thing to eat is that mushroom burger which i think is pretty close to an awesome gourmet burger. The fries are always pretty good too I don’t get the curly fries I just get the regular fries but the regular fries to me are the best and best tasting. I usually have to straighten up because you can catch father Cumberland from St Joseph church in their reading his paper so make sure you’re on your P’s and Q’s.

This jack In the box has the worst service. Me and my bf went inside to dine. There was a huge line which is no big deal when a place is busy. But the only reason there was a line is because no one was at the counter taking orders. What the heck. There was 7 people in line in front of me and 3 behind me. Finally a girl with red hair comes up to the counter and takes an order. After she finishes she walks away and we are all left standing and waiting again. She does this after she takes each order. By the time it was my turn to give an order a new girl was at the counter. I ordered a burger combo and asked to have in cut in half. When I got the burger they seriously cut a sliver off the side and claimed that was cut in half. A 5 year old could have cut this burger in half better. Point being they have horrible service here. Go to another jack in the box!

I love Jack in the Box food, especially their tacos for some reason. I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years now. Never had an issue or any complains about this particular location. The employees there are always very friendly and never messed up my order. Overall it’s all good location and place to go if you want Jack in the Box. The parking is OK, never had a problem finding a spot.

You will never believe it Jack personally text me. He say I can get a free buttery Jack if I purchase a any of his buttery Jack. I give 5 stars if I get both for free.

Okay it’s no secret that I love Jack’s new burger ideas no matter how ridiculous it gets, I think subliminally the advertizing works of me on an infantile level but sometimes I see something new in the window just as I’m driving by and I don’t stop right away but I usually go back within a few days and try the «something new» sandwich. Last week it was the Black Pepper cheeseburger which I bought at the drive-​thru and brought home because I really wasn’t hungry at the time but wanted to have one for dinner, that’s why the picture was taken in front of my microwave instead of in the restaurant.
Later that night I split the sandwich in two halves (top and bottom) and nuked it and even though it wasn’t freshly made it came right back to life, very delicious; black pepper may seem like an innocuous thing but if you put it on everything like I do then you will really like this burger… although I’m thinking it really doesn’t need the bacon but who are we kidding… if it doesn’t have bacon on it– it probably isn’t from Jack in the Box; Lawds.

My fav fast food restaurant joint! The other JITB locations seem rushed to make a less than decent meal in comparison. I’d recommend the supreme croissant for breakfast, curly fries, and the new classic buttery jack.

This is the 2^nd time eating at this jack in the box and its the 2^nd time my food was shit. First time my food was super cold. my tacos were reheated. And last night (1÷24÷15) there was a hair in my food. Never going to this javk in the box again. Its gross. Ruined it my night. night shift sucks. Very dissapointed since i love jack in the box.

We made unreasonably huge orders here everyday to feed our film crew. Nevertheless, they were always super nice and on point. This place is the best. Thanks again.

First time coming to this jack. I went in for my lunch. The cashier who helped me with order was very pleasant! She seemed so happy! Nicest staff member I’ve ever encounter at a Jack. McDonald’s kick rocks with your rude ass staff! My number 10 was delicious.

They should clarify when they say chicken strips for a salad I got 2 pieces of chicken –_​– other than that I will always love the Mozzetta sticks and stuffed jalapeños with ranch :)!!!

Worst jitb I ever went to. I ordered a #1 large combo with large REGULAR fries and when I or my food it was a MEDIUM curly fries, they basically stole some of my money. Totally not worth money. I would give this –2 stars but it can’t do that. So if you go there check the food because it’ll most likely be wrong. Also the staff can’t even hear s**t

Okay I go to this jack cuz it is close to my house but every time I go the frys are cold and tacos r really cold… this place needs to pay more attention to the Quality of what they sell .What I hate the most is they don’t fill the fry’s up rite for what they charge fill those baby’s up.

My girlfriend and I always go to this JITB, more often than not. It’s safe, clean and the staff is very nice. And I especially love how they seem to APPRECIATE the customer. Once, we ordered some lunch, including a 4 piece Jalapeño Popper thing and they forgot to pack it. We called and very calmly (there’s no point in yelling!) told them about the mistake. The manager said to come down and we’d get a free shake! We got there and not only did we get the free LARGE shake, but we got 2 LARGE sodas and an 8 piece order of the Poppers! Also, I like their $ 1 Beverage deal the best. Their Large makes the McDonald’s $ 1 deal look like a Medium!

THIS IS MY SPOT! lol I’m here probablly twice a week, once in a while more than that! Only reason i’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because a FEW times they’ve forgot to give me an item that i ordered. Its okay thuogh cause the person (s) who would make the misteak arent there anymore! haha
anyways, they ALWAYS ask if you would like condiments (which other places, i.e. McDonald’s, almost NEVER do), they give you plenty napkins and food is always fresh.
Another big plus is that the dining room is open till midnite
