Burger Depot

This place used to be good when it first opened up the top quality food with top quality chefs and great customer service but just a year into the new owners left and sold the place to new people. And the quality of the food has just dropped below standards. It shows in the cleanest of the place which is always dirty employees are very rude and most important the food quality is just horrible. This place is always empty and that speaks volumes to anyone wanting to eat at a restaurant. It is sad to see the place that was once very good and surrounded by thousands of homes be empty all the time.

Food was ok but do not recommend it. Beans and rice were horrible and bathroom was filthy and unsanitized. Took my daughter to the restroom and nothing was available: napkins, toilet paper. Things that should be at every restroom especially a burger place of this size.

The reason why I’m giving 3 stars it’s because we have to get up and serve you own coffee every time. What I know every where you go is always a lady doing that and I think is good for the costumers but anyways and again 3 stars because the only thing I like here is the breakfast is all day and I like the burrito Breakfast !!! I will be coming back went I fell like it !!!

I absolutely love this place! Breakfast served all day, there is always a variety of food to try and it’s all delicious! I can literally come here any time. Every time I go my food comes out great, the customer service is good to me.

Been going here since 5. I’m now 20. Overall this place is delicious during breakfast hours. Dinner time is about the same. Good service. And food is fast.

Some people may give three stars. But I personally think this place is a five-​star restaurant. The people behind the counter are attentive patient and extremely friendly. The food is very very delicious. I eat here on a regular basis with my service dog who they attend to very nicely. I highly recommend this place great breakfast great lunch.

Was very disappointed with the customer service. As a customer, I should have the right to request to have fries in my burrito. When I asked if that was possible the cook and the cashier lady were very rude with me simply asking.
When I go to your competitors; they are happy to put fries in my burrito. You need to teach your staff that the customer is always right. Teach your staff that when a customer wants fries in their burrito, they can simply add fries in the burrito and not give attitude.

Old school burger spot with a huge menu. Good food decent prices. They serve breakfast all day and the menudo is the best in La Puente. They have good Mexican food too.

So I suggest if anyone goes to the Burger depot… Don’t.
This morning my family and I ate there today and the ones that did, we are all sick to our stomachs still throwing up, even my poor baby nephew. He was the first one to start.
Idk what it was, I got breakfast pancakes and sausage while everybody else got carne asada tacos. The only thing we got the same was the horchata. Maybe they used expired milk or didn’t clean the machine well over time but im scared to think about it.
Just thought I’d share and save a life. Now excuse me as I go puke out a lung.

Long story short i stopped coming to this dump years ago. The owner is an idiot, just thinks money money money. If your employee gives out the wrong order, you need to make it right not argue with the customer. I promised him i would never go there again and i haven’t

Would you like to add some steak to your salt?
One bite of the steak and you could taste the salt.
A-​1 sauce couldn’t bail this steak out.
Then I asked for another steak without salt.
The waitress said, all the steaks come like that.
I asked them them if they could replace the steak with a burger.
Eyes rolled from the older lady… but out came the burger.
The burger was weird.
One half of the burger was good. and the other half was dry.
The spread only was put on one half of the burger
The fries were nice and crispy, with nice little burnt pieces.
I asked the older lady for ketchup and she walked away.
So I walked up to the counter and again asked for ketchup.
She looked at me strange and then slamed the ketchup on the counter and walked away.
WOW…Dr. Jekyl and Mrs. Hyde… alive in front of me and in action too.
By then I lost my appetite.
And wouldn’t you know it a nice B in the window. Not the flying kind.
My friend swore this was a great place. He enjoyed his tacos. Well goodie for him, but I ain’t coming back. He can take the bus here.

The only thing I like about this place was the chilli cheese fries.
My wife ordered the chicken dinner and it was nasty. The chicken was hard and over fried. She spoke to the owner to ask for a replacement or another meal because the chicken was too hard. Instead of giving her another chicken dinner or even an apology, he was explaining to my wife that thats how the chicken was and that nobody else had ever complained. So because of that the wife don’t eat here anymore and tells me not to go either but the chilli cheese fries are pretty good lol.
So all i recommend is the chilli cheese fries.

I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat was nothing but fat. Over priced spot won’t be going back.

We come here a lot because it is close to home. First off the main problem with this place is the seating area is old and dirty. If the owner would renovate, this would be a much much better place to eat.
Food here is pretty okay. I always get burger combo but have tried most everything. Portions are huge and prices are low.

Food took a while to come out
I got the menudo and it was good
I asked for corn tortillas and got flower, don’t mind on that one
My brother got pancakes and we asked for bacon
We got sausage
It was easily fixed, we got our bacon
The napkin dispensers were empty
Overall an ok experience

I used to have their number stored in my phone, I would order when I exited the freeway and it would be ready when I got there. I deleted it because I was ordering tooooooooooo much. This place fills your need for greasy burritos. I got the chorizo and egg burrito and my old friend did not disappoint. The burrito is large enough that I ate ½ for breakfast and the other ½ for lunch. I am torn… should I put their number back on speed dial or gain a few pounds!!!

I’m a big time burger eater and today I was disappointed because I wasted my money. The food is nasty. The burgers have no flavor and the dressing they use for it has a nasty after taste. The fries tasted disgusting seems like they were using old oil. My husband had the shrimp plate and only ate 2 shrimp because they just had no flavor. I don’t understand why people say the food is good because it truly isn’t. Plus they charge a fee to use your card and for their range dressing that doesn’t even taste like ranch. This restaurant needs some improvement. It was my first and last time going here.

If I can give no stars I would ! I found a roach in my burger that was running in my lettuce ! I took it to the counter before it ran off my plate and the lady looked so embarrassed ! She took my plate and asked if I wanted another one ! Ugh hello where was my apology ! Needless to say I told her no I want my money back ! Never ever will I allow my family, friends or co workers eat at this establishment

Fast service, good good, mainly for breakfast. Recommend for a nice little hangout however, the customer service is a bit rude.
