First time here and 100% satisfied. Freshest pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Hip atmosphere with friendly staff and light-hearted enjoyable music. Kinda like a strange pizza carnival ride. Really just great.

They actually honor veterans discounts they took 7 $ off our meal and it was DELICIOUS! ERICA was also super friendly and attentive I could see she was waiting to see what toppings I wanted before putting them I was being super indecisive and also split a pizza with my man. I love pieology!

Price is very reasonable for an all you can top pizza. Once you figure out what you like, you won’t be disappointed. Service is pretty fast and they are pretty helpful. Our kids enjoy it as well as we can get extra olives etc to give them. Get the garlic butter! :)

Yesterday I visited Pieology and it was a great experience! I was impressed with how fast my pizza was made and it was delicious! The workers are very friendly and overall the place has a very nice vibe. It has a very good family atmosphere. I put a lot of stuff on my pizzas and feel like sometimes workers at other places get a little annoyed, but not Pieology! I liked that the workers don’t give you any sass when you want more of a certain topping either. I really like the build your own pizza places, but Pieology is my favorite. Keep doing what you’re doing Pieology, you rock!

UPDATE: After leaving my previous review, someone who works for PIEOLOGY contacted my almost immediately. She apologized about my visit not being up to par and offered to send me a complimentary pizza coupon. I thought that was very cool of them! It shows they actually care about their customers. So I returned with my coupon a week or so later and wow! I’m so happy I decided to give it a second chance. It was delicious! The worker gave me so much cheese(which I love) without me saying anything and usually I have to beg for it at other places. It was cooked perfectly, and the workers were very friendly and helpful! Based off my second experience, I will definitely be coming back. Thanks for caring about your business Pieology! FIRSTREVIEW: Better than Pizza Studio? Yes. But better than Blaze? No. Everything was good but not«oh my god» good. Plus the crust/dough on mine was too hard. I hope my next visit is better.

Today I had the pleasure of going to pieology with my 4yr old daughter so we were very excited to order but we got to the register I noticed that I left my wallet at work oh no! I didn’t know what to do !! Luckily the young lady who was working making our pizza saw me so frantic trying to figure this out that she told me not to worry that it was on them this time. I can not express my gratitude to this wonderful establishment Thank you thank you and the pizza here is also wonderful once again thank you to the young lady who helped me not lose it! I will be a loyal customer here now we loved it!

Thank you, Pieology for cleaning up your act… literally. My last visit here, I was completely disgusted. So much trash on the floors, tables that hadn’t been bussed, the containers where the toppings were had other toppings in them, and it was just awful. I decided to give this place a try because their pizza is good anyway. I was happy to see that staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. The pizza we had(forgot the name, but it’s the all-meat pizza) was so good and cooked to perfection.

First timers, before you get all goofy about this being pizza you need to understand, this is a flat bread pizza. So if you had all your hopes pinned on some kind of Chicago style deep dish heart attack be warned… It is Flat Bread style pizza. Now, I like both styles of pizza. Both flat(or thin crust) and deep dish thick crust hold special places in my heart and stomach. BTW, pizza is the most widely eaten food in America. So here’s the nitty gritty on Pieology. Nice concept. Quick, fresh, wide variety, casual atmosphere. Flavor is on point and you can easily step away from traditional styles and ingredients. The not so cool. Work areas and dining areas aren’t always the most tidy. Why? Poorly supervised teens working in places like this. Teens rarely give two squirts of pee about the condition of your business or their work ethic [not all, many]. Their primary concern is finding out the newest news on twitter and instagram via their dumbphone. BTW, this isn’t just for Pieology but across the board at many places. I tried the new teriyaki place a few doors down and the same conditions exist.

This place is amazing. I came in with three of my friends. We all ordered and sat down outside. I was notified by Gabi a few minutes later that my pizza had torn in the oven. She insisted on making the situation right. She informed me that she would remake my pizza right with all the topping. She was even kind enough to give me a free pizza card. This place knows how to treat their patrons. A+++++

My cousin had been mentioning this place for months but I always said no because you know, balling on a budget. I finally said why not and went. The girls are nice and made my pizza pretty. The unlimited toppings is great and they give you a lot! It’s not greasy at all and it doesn’t fall apart. Very fresh and flavouring as well. It’s worth every cent and I will definitely be going back! I love that I have leftovers too, ha.

This franchise is located in a strip mall with Walmart Neighborhood Market, located off Imperial and La Mirada Blvd. My favorite location is the one near Cal State Fullerton, but I chose to come here because its closer to my house, and I haven’t tried yet. First of all, when did the price go up? I could have sworn the price used to be under $ 8 for a pie. Now, its $ 8.45. Lucky for me I had 2 free coupons. We came here on Valentine’s Day, and it was relatively empty. Sure, I don’t expect this place to be the most romantic place, so it was a bonus for us that it was quiet. There were about 4 people ahead of us in line, and I wanted to create my own pizza. The young lady was polite, but really wasn’t the most outgoing or friendly. I wanted her to make my tomatoes in a shape of a «heart» for Valentine’s day, and it looked like she took every ounce of strength to appease me. Hey, its Valentine’s Day. show me some love. The staff didn’t seem to care where they put their ingredients. I asked for corn and the girl tossed it on my pizza. She really didn’t care to balance the ingredients, or to make my pizza look appetizing. The ingredients were landing everywhere, including back into the food pass. Like Victoria F said: cross contamination. The pizza was a bit overcooked, and well, burnt underneath. My fingers had black residue after eating a slice. Also, the place was a mess, tables not wiped down, food and paper on the floor, and even the ladies restroom was out of toilet paper. Mind you, there could have been an earlier dinner rush, but it wasn’t busy when I was there. No one was there to clean the place, or take back used pizza trays to the back. Overall it was just ok. I’ll take that extra drive to Fullerton.

The Pizza Hut across the street from Pieology better watch it. With a new pizza place in town, they might be losing lots of customers. That isn’t to say that Pieology is the best pizza, but it is much better than many joints around town. Me and the fam have had the BBQ Chicken, Classic Margherita, Rustic Veggie and some custom pies. Everything is good for the most part. The bad? Because the pizza has to be done in less than 10 minutes, it never feels thoroughly cooked. The crust doesn’t have that beautiful, crisp, brown color and the cheese tastes a bit rubbery at times. There is also only one size crust, so if you are looking for a larger or personal pizza you’re out of luck. I am not big fan of the Gorgonzola they put on most of the pizzas either, but that is a minor issue and something to watch out for if you don’t like the taste of Gorgonzola as well. I’ve never had a problem with the staff. Everyone there is cool and quick as can be.

I come here WAY too much! I’ve gone to this location and a few others. Nitty Gritty: Pros: — food looks fresh/tastes fresh — servers are generally attentive and serve good portions — a lot of options for toppings –good portions for $ 9 – 10 Cons: Three stars because: –Servers can be messy and some ingredients«cross-pollinate» and you may get an unexpected meat or vegetable. –Sometimes you will get rushed through an order. Please don’t rush me. –Pepperoni is SUPER salty/greasy when it cooks. Typically I don’t get it anyway, but sometimes I’d like it. Overall great family or before/after movie spot.

Where has this place been all my life??? Gluten free pizza for under $ 10 and all of the toppings I want? Quality pizza at an extremely affordable price, how can you go wrong? I’m so happy this place exists. The employees ever offered to change their gloves when I told them I was gluten free. Everyone was super friendly and I can’t wait to return! Make sure to join their e-club, I’ve already received a great offer!

If you like other Pieologies, then you’ll like this one. Same style service, same great ingredients, and whaaat… salads? Yes! Pieology salads, ya heard me. And not the salads you grab from a fridge and the cashier rings up for you. You build it yourself, just like your pizza! I’ll have to come back to try the salads, but they looked quite good. Good ambience, all the employees seemed genuinely happy to be working there– which I can’t say too often about food industry workers. Extra props to who rang up my order, Elisa, it was jam packed for lunch but she provided every customer with quick and efficient customer service with a smile! I’ll be returning soon.

Best BYO pizza by far! Their BBQ chicken pizza is full of so much flavor and deliciousness its unbelievable how filling this thin-crusted pizza can be. This location has TONS of seating as well. Love their awesome customer service too.

I finally was able to try the pizza at Pieology. This is the newest location just opened up. The pizza here is great. Food: Custom pizza is also known as build your own pizza. I really love the idea of building your own pizza. I ordered mine with 3 cheese Alfredo sauce(Alfredo sauce of any kind is always my usual sauce at a BYOP place), mozzarella, Parmesan, pepperoni, bacon, chicken, mushrooms, green peppers, and garlic. When I start eating it, it was so yummy. I was hooked. Wait time: Apparently I came here during lunch time, the line was pretty long. I guess everyone love Pieology. It was worth the wait though. Service: The employees were very friendly and efficient. Cost: $ 7.95 for the custom pizza($ 2 extra if you get it with gluten free) Conclusion: Pizza… 5 out of 5. Service… 5 out of 5. Wait time… I’m not basing it on long wait time since the food was so good. And highly recommended. 5 stars.
