Dollar Mission

This morning I needed file folders and I gave this place a shot. Most things are $ 1, or more, I found file folders in a pack of 10 for $ 1. That is a decent deal. They sell everything from underwear to make up to tortillas and party supplies. It is very much like a Dollar Tree, same idea. I will frequent if I need something cheap and fast.

This is a discount store, where most things are $ 1.00. (There are some things over a dollar, and some things under a dollar.)
There’s groceries, toys, housewares, cosmetics, and seasonal clothing. You can also get cold Cokes and Sobes.
I find the clothing and some of the goods to be of better quality than 99 Cents Only. It’s great to find good gloves, beanies and scarves for winter time at just a dollar each.
There’s also a rather good variety of good costume jewelry. GMIT has found jewelry to go with her party dresses. Also pretty hair accessories. Lots of rhinestoned stuff.
This store is at a higher level than the typical «dollar» store, and I shop here on a regular basis. I guess they’re doing well, since they’ve opened another location in Whittier.
