Shout out to the girl working her butt off today. Didn’t catch her name but she’s going places.
Only had one worker on one of the busiest days (the 31st). The line was out the door but she kept her composure and still managed to be polite, respectful and sweet. She deserves to be promoted or at the very lease get a raise!!!

We have been going here for many years for cakes but this will be the last! First let me start by saying I don’t know why that girl Brittany is a manager. She is rude and very unprofessional. We picked up a cake tonight that was very ugly, lopsided and looked like it was decorated by a 2 year old. In the pictures you can see the cake is lopsided compared to the cup standing behind it. Does that look like a thirty dollar cake to you? When we told them we didn’t want it, the guy James at the counter said we had already paid for it so they wouldn’t take it back. If you want to ruin someone’s birthday, go ahead and buy a cake from here. I myself will be going to cold stone from now on!!!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Came in tonight at 945 to find the store look closed, chairs up and all ice cream closed with lights off. Last time i checked this location closes at 10. Guess the owner doesn’t mind losing 15 min a day and 2 hours a week of viable business. On top of that, the worker was not very welcoming. She immediately looked at the clock and told me they were only open for 10 more minutes. Again, last time i checked they closed at 10. She reluctantly helps me. Repeatedly saying, «anything else», with the look of get the hell out of here. They even ran out of flavors I wanted. Will never go back here again. Many other locations locally are better. All of them actually are better.

White male working was very rude. First he got my order wrong and next I told him to have a nice day and he didn’t respond. Very rude man. If he doesn’t like his job why doesn’t he just work somewhere else?

This baskin robbins is a joke. The last 4 times I have been there they are out of chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, chocolate, strawberry and the list goes on. The employees are very nice and apologetic but seriously, who is running this store? Very poor management. Not worth wasting my time.

I usually like Baskin Robbins but they appear to be better further out east. I have been here a few times. The shake machine has been down for at least a few months because it has been down both of my first two visits. The last visit was when I realized that this is has very questionable management. My wife had the worst stomach pains ever as she described it. It could have been a rarity and there was a bad tub. But I see a pattern with this location. It’s really hard to downplay a chain restaurant that I have grown up with back in the Midwest but visiting here three times, it became evident that there is no effort in this store like they gave up on it.

I love Baskin Robbins but I rather drive a few miles more than come to this location. The employees here are always really rude and disrespectful and have mean attitudes about everything. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I come to get ice cream in a good mood and leave aggregate because of the employees.

No hot fudge today– how does that happen. Last time we were there in June, no vanilla ice cream — how does that happen? This can not be a company store, must be a franchisee — leaves teen agers in charge. Worst part is, most nights, including weekends there is only one employee working, not illegal but dangerous for teen agers.

This Baskin Robins is in a strip mall filled with many different stores and places to eat. Parking can be a little bit on the hard side depending on what time you go but besides that this Baskin Robbins is pretty ok.
I recently came in to try the new soft serve cookies and crème which was pretty tasty. I did like it. They put a little bit too much of the hot fudge but I still thought it was pretty good.
If you have never been to a Baskin Robbins it is pretty much a staple in America, and they are very famous for ice cream.
My favorite is pistachio almond and cookies and crème flavors. If you are having trouble thinking which flavor to get, just ask the workers to give you a free sample! They will gladly do it.
