Amazing dentist and staff! Dr. Trinh and crew were great to deal with. Having just moved into the area, I was in need of dentist. One of my molar had been bothered for few months. After Norma took the X-rays, Dr. Trinh sat down with me, discussed the treatment and started emergency plan right away. They also had the evening hours, very convenience for busy working man like me. All and all was a great experience, premium standard for dental care Sometimes, you cannot find parking in front of building, there are three stories parking at Biola building in the back. Edgar M

She has been gentle and engaging with my son whom unbeknownst to her had an unforgettable bad experience with a Western Dental dentist when yanking a tooth out. When she has felt that the procedure has been more challenging with him or myself she has called the next day to ask how we are doing. She receives you by name and she thanks you personally. She has become my personal dentist and his Orthodontist. Has not found any weaknesses to report about her.

If you’re looking for an honest dentist, don’t go to this office. I went there recently and was told I had a $ 50 co-pay for teeth cleaning. I know my insurance coverage so I begrudgingly paid, and figured if anything was wrong I would demand a refund. Low n’ behold! I was ripped off. And I call it RIPPEDOFF because when I questioned the front desk girl, she insisted I had a co-pay even after I told her I thought that was incorrect. Long story short, I went in today for my refund. I told the girl at the front desk«why would you tell me I had a co-payment if you knew what you were charging me for wasn’t a co-payment?» She said that the dentist has an «irrigation fee». I then told her«then that’s not a co-payment is it?» Long story short DON’T go there. If you can’t trust them with small things like this, then what about the more costly services? NOT a good way to run a dental office! On my way out, I told the girl if she isn’t familiar with some dental insurances or coverage, she should ask her dentist to teach her how to contact the insurance offices, because I’m not a dental assistant nor work at a dental office and I was EASILY able to find out what fee is what, etc… The dentist was sitting right behind her, never looked at me once, and didn’t even apologize. They’re lucky I was calm and collected about it, because money is EMOTIONAL for most people!
