Optimal Weight Loss

I dropped 65 lbs over 4 months, thanks to Ellyn and Take Shape for Life, and have kept it off for three years. I feel awesome. Dropped from a size 38 pant to 34 and extra large shirts down to mediums. My wife did the program with me and lost 25 pounds. The program is easy to follow and we’ve established good habits of health thanks to Ellyn. We’re both VERY grateful!

I came to Dr. Levine in January of last year as a patient with a severe foot issue. I had been to three different Doctors and all three had diagnosed me with different things. After going to the ER for severe foot pain and the ER physician telling me he doesn’t know what it is and sent me on my way with a steroid.
I finally found a physician (and her staff) who cares about their patients. The moment Dr. Levine saw my foot, she immediately knew what it was. She prescribed me a cream, two weeks after starting my treatment my foot was back to normal. I spent seven years with this condition and no one was able to successfully help me. Since seeing Dr. Levine for my foot, I haven’t had any problems with my foot. Now Dr. Levine is helping me with my adult acne and it has been an amazing transformation. Dr. Levine is very caring, understanding and she listens. She makes sure that all concerns you came into her office with are addressed and monitored. Her staff is very quick to respond to any messages and prescription requests. Thank you Dr. Levine.
Her office is gorgeous, you can tell it’s new and fresh. She does share it with two other physicians. I am immediately greeted with a smile and cheerful welcome upon walking in the door. The staff remembers you by name. The staff is always there for anything and quick to help. Everyone is very nice and knowledgable. She is also an amazing weight loss doctor. Even though I didn’t go to Dr. Levine to lose my weight, she does help me maintain my current weight. She offers vitamin injections to help with my weight maintenance, which do help with my energy level to give me that extra boost to allow me to continue keeping myself at a healthy weight. She also offers Medifast which I do take advantage of to help me with my weight maintenance.
