Keg N Bottle

Wouldn’t recommend buying from any of their locations or online store. The company doesn’t care about customer service. I recently made a purchase online, two days later they send me an email saying they can’t ship my product at this time. No other explanation given. I’ve tried sending 6 emails but they have been rejected. I’ve called multiple stores asking for a manager but they are never available. I asked for the name of the online manager and was told they didn’t know how to get a hold of him so then I asked for his manager and the same person who said he had no way of getting in touch with the online manager or even knew who he was, said he would take down my information and pass it along to the online sales manager. I asked him if he needed a minute to get his story straight. First he doesn’t know who the online sales manager is or any way of getting in touch with him, then he says he will take down my info and pass it along to him?! I bought a Macallan 25 that was listed in their site for $ 799 and in stock. Now they have taken down the Macallan 25. I also called each one of their stores to check the price and they all told me the Macallan 25 is selling for a lot more. My guess is they caught a mistake and now don’t want to honor the contract. Well I’m sorry to say that you have to honor the contract. The site doesn’t have a terms and conditions section which by law needs to be readily available one their site and within that section, they have to have a clause stating that they have the right to break a contract if the advertised price is wrong. Seeing how their site doesn’t have a Terms of Use Section stating that they by law need to send me my bottle. Failure to do so is a breach of contract. Hopefully this will get the online sales managers attention and he will call me. My order # is 100 000 091. You know how to reach me.

I really like the selection of craft beer that they have! It also helps that every time I’ve been in this location and meandering around they are always so nice and helpful and knowledgable about their products! Prices tend to be higher per bottle, but I don’t mind paying for quality!

HELLLOOOOOO OVERPRICED-​!! Nothing of quality is with in easy reach and the counter help seems to be more involved with the New York mafia looking guy than this potential customer looking for a high quality bourbon. I may drop by for advice of what’s new, but I’ll go next door for the purchase.

Don’t go to this Keg N Bottle. Overpriced for kegs and false advertising on their website.“We want your business and we don’t want money to be an issue, should you find a better deal, we will not only match that price but we will give you 20 lbs. of ice for free.” Is what they put on their website. I called them and they said no, We don’t do that. The Keg N Bottle that does price matching for kegs is the one in Rolando. If you are looking for kegs for a good price, Go to BEVMO!

I was in search of a new adult beverage for super bowl sunday… couldn’t find in any of the nearby grocery stores, but I found it here!
The variety of beverages at this store is impressive and I now know where to go first!!!

Not only does this brand new store have excellent customer service, they have the biggest selection of liquor I’ve ever seen in my life, It’s like a liquor library!!. They also have a beer cave loaded with micro brews and any beer you can think of. And if they don’t have it (which I doubt) they will order it for you. Roby the owner is a really cool dude and I’m happy to make the drive to visit this paragon of an establishment. I had to create a Unilocal account just to post this review!

Love this new place and its people. This use to be The Well Deck Liquor and Deli, but now it has been purchased by Keg N Bottle with serious upgrades from the amount of beers, wines, and liquor they carry, to the more important, the overall quality of those products. (

I been in a couple of times, and each time I was treated with respect and with friendliness. They carry and can order a variety of kegs for large events, and their liquor list is extensive. In addition of domestic and imported beers, they also carry local craft beers. The deli is no longer available, but they still carry snacks, ice, tobacco, and Lotto, etc.
They are just underway, so they are still adding many more products and organizing the store. I expect in the next few weeks the place will be well stocked and carrying items for almost everyone, including some good red wines for me. Plus it is right down the street from me…
