I participate in many different kinds of exercise: running, walking, Pilates, road cycling, weight lifting, yoga and more. Jim’s stretch class and training is wonderful. I feel so good after a one hour session. All of my bones and muscles are aligned and I feel stronger. My injury rate has decreased as a result of two years of participation with his instruction. I’m 48 and looking forward to many injury free, strong years. Gotta love that!

When I met Jim 3 weeks before my 2010 National Championship competition I was having hip alignment, extreme lower back pain and a negative mental outlook. This year I injured my back on two separate occasions, the third one was dangerously close to the defense of my National Championship. I have two other teammates that were very interested in my recovery. so the stress level was off the charts. I have been involved in sports at the highest level and have high expectations for myself. In my event I specialize in a 20 second or less ballistic effort a strong healthy back is paramount. Meeting DR Jim I was immediately impressed by his get down to business approach. I was expecting an adjustment then some additional hints. Well was I up for a shocker. He wanted to treat this injury at the roots. I asked about resting and he said«Rest is the enemy». We worked on Jim’s equipment and apparatus for most of the session then the gentle back, hip and neck adjustment. He was full of hints, knowledge(keep in mind that I am a personal trainer and been working out at a top level) and his enthusiasm was over the top. In just a couple of sessions he took me from a negative and quitting mental shape to repeating my National Championship! I don’t often praise or plug many. but I hand out his business cards like candy. Thank you Jim and I could not have done it without you.
