Horrible service. We were sat immediately which was nice, but waited 15 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge us and then another 15 minutes for our drinks. I’m usually not one to complain, because I’ve been there, but it wasn’t even that busy at the time. Once we finally got our food the waitress dropped it off and didn’t return for another 15 minutes and that was only to drop off the check. I had to flag her down to ask her for a box. I guess that leaving the check with us meant she was done. Really disappointed in the service. The food was good as always though.

I visited this IHOP over the years and it is always a pleasure. The general manager and her staff are down home folks who understand customer service! A smile at the door when you arrive and a smile at the door when you leave. Food is always very tasty and presented well. Great bacon too. The quality of bacon can either make or break a tasty meal. Try this place out!

Walked in I-​Hop last night and stood around for about 5 minutes before we saw anyone who worked there. Waitress came out and seated us — actually I think she was the only server/​hostess in the entire place. Hamburgers were way over-​done and very tasteless. We overheard another table complain about the quality of their food. I was last in this restaurant about 3 years ago and it will be longer before I go back (if ever).

Have to try this one they are really here to service the customer I have been to several IHOPs but this is the bomb great food great service I keep coming back especially Carolina she goes out of her way to service you especially when she sees you here she will come by and say how are you
