I love Fusionglass jewelry! I have several stunning pieces to go with different outfits. I get rave reviews with each piece! These pieces are so beautiful and beyond belief affordable. There are so many choices. Debbie Solan is a fabulous artist and the friendliest person in the world. Her fellow artist and business partner Paul Fernandes is an awesome artist too!

One of the best small business in La Mesa. The owners are always very helpful and friendly and the glass and jewelry they sale are gorgeous! I came originally with a Groupon but I have come back many times since and am happy to spend my money with them. I haven’t tried their classes yet but it is on my to do list!

Deb is an amazing teacher — full of light, life, sunshine and humor. It is a joy to be in the studio and connecting to the creative process. The items produced by the resident artists are beautiful and inspirational and it is truly wonderful to see their community dedication in highlighting local artists.

I love Fusion Glass! I participated in a fundraiser there with my Soroptimist group where we made pendants. I have been returning every month since then for their Ladies Night Out. My work is not anywhere near as wonderful as the things they have in the shop, but I am having a great time.

I heard about this place at my silver pmc jewelry class last year and finally had the chance to come in. The guy working here was super nice and friendly. I spent probably 15 just sifting through the loose cabachon box. Prices for small cabachon ranged from $ 1 – 4. I had a bunch picked out and the guy gave me a deal, just $ 10 for about 16 – 20 small-med cabs. So gorgeous, I can’t wait to make something out of them!!!

We just spent a wonderful day at Fusionglass assembling together a 2″ square pendant(or keychain, as she reassured my husband) and 5″ square tile, and was brought here thanks to a great deal on Groupon. The students in the class ranged from a young boy(tween aged, maybe), to my husband and I — twentysomethings — to people around our parents’ age. The lady who runs these classes, Debbie, was bright, cheerful, and encouraging to all of us. It was a small but diverse group, and it was so neat to see how everyone worked with the materials, and the experience left my husband wanting to learn more about glass. Our finished fused glass pieces will be ready by Tuesday, and regardless how they turned out, I had a ton of fun and think that even at full price($ 40 total, including all supplies), the two classes would be well worth the money. They also have a stained glass class on Tuesday nights taught by another fellow. Besides the cool class opportunities, the store is filled with really pretty glass jewelry, ranging in price from $ 5 for clearance pieces(some with minor flaws like air bubbles, but still very pretty), to over $ 100, but most things were extremely reasonable. We had almost as much fun poking around the store as we did making our own stuff. I think it would be likely that we’d return again for the class(es), Groupon deal or not!, and I’d love the opportunity to browse their gallery shop again anytime.
