First review of 2016. Absolutely horrible customer service! Small location. Shitty drive thru. Old building with old smell and four tables. Looks dirty. Employees give zero fucks. This is what La Mesa has to offer? Garbage. Won’t be back.

Customer service is not their thing. Was treated so rudely by drive thru clerk that I returned my food and got my money back. Worst Arby’s I’ve been to!

On 7÷23÷15, the Arby’s Manager was rude to my 11 year old son. The eating area was also dirty. Never eating there again!

This visit started out terrible. I walk in with my family and Armond at the register puts his finger up like he is saying, wait a minute. It appeared he was having problems with the register. Well, it turns out, he was just playing with the register. This was very odd! He didn’t even greet us with a, «Welcome to Arby’s, may I take your order.» Armond was a total zero and I feel dummer for going there today. By the way, 15 minutes went by before I asked him, «Why are you making us wait to order?»

This is for this Arbys and the district management. I order from the value menu because I like the portion size. I believe the meat used in the value sandwiches is the bad meat. I was biting into a lot of tendons and ended up throwing away the sandwich. I send corporate and email through I get no response or an apology. I had a different kind of issue at an Arbys off Midway. I did the same thing, wrote a message on but they responded to me. I live very close to this location and use to go all the time. But not anymore. The beef is awful when you order from value menu. ITs not fresh, bad cuts, and has tendons.

Arbys serves the kind of food you’d expect to see at a barbeque or special event. Arbys doesn’t just throw a bunch of food together to magically make some type of weird new sandwich or food item like you see some food chains doing. The food is tasty and they have healthy choices to pick from too.

OK first off let me say we had HORRIBLE service here. The girl taking order got about 2 things wrong charged my card twice and then the ppl making our food forgot about 4 things. Then long behold I didn’t realize it at the time but they waited a week and a half to charge my card for the actual service putting me on over draft. I called the manager to talk to him about how horrible everything was and he said oh well i’m sorry let me give you some VIP cards. What the heck is that? I don’t want your vip cards I want something done about my over draft. Everyone knows they are legally supposed to take it out within 2 – 3 business days. I am filing a complaint with the BBB for this. The manager told me it was my banks fault for that but I called them and they assured me they had nothing to do with it. I have san Diego County Credit Union they aren’t going to lie to me. I called him back and no answer. This is ridiculous. No help, and nothing done about the lack of respect I received. I honestly think they did it on purpose. worst arbys EVER!

I ordered the mozzarella sticks which i get every time i go to arby’s, and they are always hot and the cheese melted. When i ordered them from this arbys to go and ate them on the drive back to work, they were barely warm and the cheese was still hard on the inside. I called back to ask if they could give me a new order next time i came in and the girl said yes, said she wrote down my name and to just bring the receipt. When i called back to see if i could get them today, they could not find my name and said they could not give me a new order even if i brought the receipt. And this was the manager Alma I spoke to. They wont honor what they said or make the customer happy by fixing their mistake, even though the cheese sticks probably cost them 50 cents. I believe in good customer service, and this arby’s does not have it.

I’ve been eating here for at least 20 years and even had high school friends work here. It’s expensive unless you have a coupon but the food is usually good. Occasionally you get a dried out sandwich but it’s forgivable if you drown it in Arby’s sauce to rehydrate it. I love the cheese sticks — so crunchy, greasy, and yummy! Try their milkshakes, too. Might as well bust your calorie intake for the day.

By far… The most underrated fast food joint ever. Great prices for great food. Forget all the other fast food joints(especially the overrated in and out) and go to Arby’s. It’s amazing.

Haven’t been to an Arby’s in a while cause IMHO they are a little overpriced, but today I wanted one of their classic cheddar & beef sandwiches with some Arby’s sauce too. The sandwich turned out to be alright. There was not much meat, but it still tasted pretty good. The fries were a little over cooked & too crunchy & dry. I don’t like my fries to taste like they came out of the bottom of the fry oil. I even like a little potato in my fries, imagine that.

Not too shabby… My food was okay for the most part and kinda warm. I like that you can sit outside and enjoy the weather. The service is what you expect at fast food places. Not too friendly and just the look as they want to be at home instead. Cook slopped together my order quick and I was out the door in no time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I know it’s just fast food, but come on! I expect the food I paid for. My fiancé and I went one evening and ordered one Reuben, one chicken pecan sandwich, and a beef and cheddar combo with curly fries. Here’s what we got: the chicken pecan, the beef and cheddar, and two orders of fries. So my fiancé did not get his sandwich. Not to mention we were the ONLYONES at the drive thru, and no one was even in the restaurant. I’ve worked in good business before, it’s not that hard to read tickets and double check. The gals working just seemed to be goofing off, and were giggling and playing around while we were waiting for our food. I love Arby’s, but I’m not going back to this one.

Every time they mess up our order. Among the items we ordered, we had also ordered two orders of curly fries. We didn’t even get one… we got 3 weird triangle hash brown things… What the?!? Hash browns and curly fries sound nothing alike. How did you mess that up?! They are always rude and could care less if they screw up. I guess the manager doesn’t care much either.

Great food, happy workers! Love the Market Fresh and Orange Cream Shake! Clean lobby, clean restrooms, clean parking lot! One of the best fast food restaurants around :)

I’m not gonna say its great. It’s Arby’s. But for the area it’s a lot better than the other fast food joints. So I give it the A-ok rating. I don’t think I’ve ever had something that was totally gross and in edible, like most ff places. Food is good quality friendly staff. Not too shabby.

I decided to try one of Arby’s new Market Fresh sandwiches just for kicks. I decided on the turkey, peppered bacon with cheddar, and greens on whole wheat bread. I also ordered some onions rings because I like them. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and tastiness of the sandwich.( ) The sandwich was filled with sliced good turkey meat. It certainly was not Boars Head quality, but it was pretty good for a fast food place. The bacon slices were actually thick and not those thin translucent slices you get from most fast food places. It was peppery and very flavorful. I also really enjoyed the fresh tomatoes and greens the sandwich came with.( ) The wheat bread was very moist and slightly nutty. Very good. The onions rings were tasted very good, but the onion in the inside was slightly over done. That being said, they were very crunchy and full of onion flavor.( ) It sure is nice to see that Arby’s is offering alternatives their typical beef ‘n cheese sandwiches. The service at this location was very good and polite. The place was well organized and clean.
