I could have taken a stroll with my kid to the store, bought ingredients, learned how to and have cooked my thai. No customer service to call after THEY DIDNT DELIVER THE FOOD WE PAID FOR. How do they exist, when your only job is deliver, and you cannot accurately estimate or deliver? If you have two feet, just walk to your destination.

Really this is a no star review. Horrible delivery service. Expect to wait over an hour for your delivery. I’m not sure why EAT24 is partnered with this service. Don’t bother calling them either, the customer service will simply tell you the driver is at the restaurant waiting for them to finish your order. When in reality, they aren’t even there. We ended up canceling our order.

Literally just had the WORST food experience of my life! We ordered from Golden City through GrubHub at 5:53, our order was estimated to deliver at 7:20 «ish» (per their app) We had to call TWICE to Grubhub to figure out where our order was, the first time we were giving a new delivery time of 7:53, we called back the second time at 8:15 when our order STILL wasn’t here! We FINALLY receive it at almost 8:30 to lukewarm/​cold food, the wrong soup size & egg fried rice… MINUS THE EGG!!! WTH??? I check the receipt & it says our order was ready to be delivered at 6:59!!! We contact grubhub again, LIVID asking for a friggin refund only to get the soup charge refunded & the delivery fee refunded. BEYOND ridiculous! We spent over $ 50 on this, waited over 2 ½ HOURS to get nothing but crap & don’t even get a full refund!!! No! We will never be eating at Golden City or using GrubHub/​Meal Man again. HORRIBLE customer service, HORRIBLE food & a beyond HORRIBLE experience!

I just had the worst experience with this company. I placed my order at 5:00 for a 6:15 delivery. I called twice to check on the order but no one answered. I finally called Pf changs at 6:30 and the order was still there. A driver finally showed up at 7:00
