They do a thorough examination annually, and come monthly to spray. I haven’t had any major problems in the last 20+ years working with them and being our pest control company. And my house is totally natural wood, inside and out. Very tempting for the little mites… but they help me keep it under control. Never an upsell. Very comfortable and friendly people. And most of all, after 20+ years, my all wood house still looks great and is basically problem free.

We’ve had Seacoast help us with pest problems for ten years. They come monthly to treat our property for ants and we have not had any infestations since they started. The cost of the program is reasonable and Jack, the man who treats our property is always on time, efficient and thorough. We’ve also used Seacoast to advise us on termite problems. They have been very thorough and advise us how to make spot treatments where needed. We highly recommend Seacoast.
