La Shore Market

Great sandwiches and beer selection. I have not had a sandwich here I didn’t like. Made to order always fresh, and Boar’s Head meats.

Great little local liquor store and market. The sandwiches are really good and made to order. Last time I was there I noticed they are now carrying Dippin’ Dots Ice Cream!

This place has everything, from alcohol to sandwiches. Yes there is a CVS down the street, but this place offers something that CVS doesn’t… friendly service!!!
The workers here are friendly and I believe the worker is the owner (not sure, so don’t quote me on that). This place isn’t cheap so I basically go in here to help support the smaller business people. We need more mom and pop stores around to compete with these larger stores.

I feel kinda bad for this little ma & pa market because Longs Drugs just opened up across the street.
Today I walked to Longs to get what I wanted but they didn’t have it which really surprised me. So I walked back across the street to La Shore and sure enough they had what I was craving!
La Shore has yummy sandwiches made to order. Plus they have a fairly large selection of bottled wine. We’ve stopped here on multiple occasions to pick up a bottle of red or white before going to a friends house for dinner. Wine prices aren’t cheap, but sometimes they have a decent bottles at marked-​down prices.
The only thing I should tell you is to check the expiration dates on the dairy products. I’ve purchased expired milk and nearly expired sour cream in the past.
