Brian’s work is perfection! Absolutely worth the wait as he puts a lot of time into his work. If you want a quickie unexciting frame job, this is NOT the place. However, if you treasure your Art and need something very well done, that will last, then Frame Masters is the place!

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience using this business. My husband and I were excited to find a local framing store. We were looking forward to using Miriam and Brian. We found them by accident next to bird rock coffee where we go once in awhile. At first we were stoked to work with them but it became a disappointment in the end. We brought in our piece to be framed in August and were quoted the 20^th of Sept. for pick up. We were busy and didn’t make it in until December to pick it up… Only to find that the piece had not even been touched… We got a run around about how he wasn’t sure about dimensions. We went over it with him and left. I was upset that the piece was not completed and that we were not even contacted! Fail… Then we returned on April 9^th expecting it to be prepared only to find out AGAIN the piece hasn’t been touched! We got another run around about how busy they were with other projects… You charge me $ 250 for a framing job and never contact me with information about your «delays». I receive a call the next day saying our piece is ready… My lord! Seven months later it takes you 24 hours to FINALLY complete my order. Annoyed over this terrible experience. * however the actual work that was done is extraordinary. He crafted a beautiful piece for us.

We have been going to Frame Masters since these two young artists took over the store in the 90s. Bill is a master of fine woodworking and Miriam is gifted at matching the size and color of the mat to the painting or picture being framed. We’ve never found any other store here or on the East Coast so capable of handling everything from photos to the finest art and paintings.

My wife and I just got married and asked them to frame our Ketubah. We gave them a deposit for a frame that they could not get right and took over 4 months to get. The owners would never call to tell us if our frame was in so we could approve it. After many attempts the frame was never correct. So, after 4 months and many headaches we are off to find another framer that can meet our needs.
