I ordered 2 Asiago bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. It took a while so I went up to the counter and my sandwiches were there. I asked if I could grab them and the guy said no that I have to wait for someone to take it to me, so I said ok and sat down. When I got my sandwich I took a bite and and had something weird in my mouth, when I looked inside my sandwich I saw that the deli paper for the cheese was still inside. I didn’t take a picture because I didn’t feel like it was necessary. I understand accidents happen but I could have choked on that piece of paper

I am so disappointed. I love Panera and it’s one of our favorite places to grab lunch or dinner. Today I went in and ordered a «You Pick 2.» I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup and the chicken Cesar sandwich. I asked the cashier for a dressing on the side. When my to-go order was up I asked the chef if he put a dressing in the bag. He was kinda quick with me and responded, «I put it on the sandwich.» I was ok with the dressing on the sandwich, the dressing on the side was for the baguette. He gave me a dressing. When I got home, I then realized why he didn’t think I needed another dressing; my sandwich was FLOODED with Cesar dressing and it appeared as though he dumped spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese all over the sandwich. It was awful! I tried scraping the dressing off and there was just so much that the sandwich was not even edible. I definitely don’t feel this was worth the money I spent.

This Panera location needs drastic improvement. They always seem understaffed. The few people working don’t bring out the right order to the right people, so I’m not sure why they bother with those table number displays. Coffee is always out as well. Just this morning around 9am, every coffee dispenser was empty resulting in a huge line of people waiting. Staff up or hire more competent people.

The restaurant is kind of small, but once you get inside the friendly staff change your opinion immediately. The food was better than any of the other local Panera’s. It was fresh, tasty and the amount given was worth the price!

I love coming to this café… But mostly in the afternoon. The morning rush can be too much here and tends to affect the service. The food on the other has always been delicious. One of my favorite things to get here is the black bean soup! I wish they had it on their menu everyday, unfortunately it isn’t, so it’s a great meal when I come by and I get to order it. The iced acai green tea is another item I really enjoy here. Super refreshing on a hot day. Joining the panera club is worth looking into. They give out discounts on menu items and a few freebies. Score! This location is a busier one but during lunch time it’s much quieter. A Total gem at that hour! Check it out !

I decided to have a quick breakfast here before going to do my LASIK eye surgery. My wife and I stopped in hoping to grab something quick and yummy before heading out but got poor service and even poorer food. The young lady at the register had no idea what was on the menu and had a really bad attitude… Maybe because me asking her what was good there actually made her do some work… anyway, I asked her about the turkey blt sandwich and she took about a 10 second pause to click on her screen to find the description of the item I inquired about and just started to read off the screen. Haha. THEN we finally paid after that horrible experience and when I finally got my turkey blt it looked like a pile! I paid almost $ 8 for half a sandwich that looked like they made it from the left over ingredients from the back. God forbid my surgery goes horribly wrong that that sandwich is the last thing I see. Stay away from this place!

What is not to love about this place? Healthier food options, diverse menu, good service, and even a cute outdoor seating area with a fireplace. They also bring the food to you so you dont need to awkwardly wait in front like in most cafes. My go-to is the you pick two. Sandwiches are awesome. I believe what I normally get is the barbeque chicken sandwich, which for some odd reason isnt on the menu anymore but if you ask for it, they’ll get it for you. Ive tried the mac and cheese as well, of course delicious. When Im feeling like being a little healthier, I choose the salad as my second you pick two option. Oh and also refillable coffee that is freshly brewed. This obviously isnt a high-class restaurant. It is meant to be a casual, local café. It serves that purpose perfectly with food that never lets you down.

I’m giving 3 stars because they have a fireplace outside the restaurant. I was sitting at the fireplace the whole time making kandis for a festival! :) what a perfect place to get together with friends to do these kinds of activities hahah! Food inside is ok not the best. I ordered chipotle chicken panini and it wasn’t as flavorful and fulfilling as I thought.

Horrible customer service! I purchased the bakers dozen of bagels today & I looked at the cashier straight in the eye & told her make sure & put knives & napkins in the order! I told her last time I purchased the bakers dozen of bagels they forgot. The girl apologized & said they would give me knives & napkins. Well I got to the office and I was FURIOUS to see they did not give me knives & napkins again!!!

I can’t say that I’ve ever written a review about not seeing or interacting with a restaurant employee, but here’s one for the books. The location is convenient with very accessible phone ahead parking(2 reserved spaces). It’s clean and quiet, but I can’t comment on the staff as I didn’t see anyone at the counter or register. It turns out it didn’t matter as my wife had placed her order on line and prepaid for it. I simply went to the Rapid Pick Up shelf and there was her order. I picked it up and left. No paying, no hassles, nothing. I never have experienced anything like this. The salad, which was a chicken apple Fuji salad, was so delicious. It was much better than anything we’ve had at corner bakery and far more convenient to pick up. There’s also a Starbucks literally right next door, so I picked up a trenta iced green tea before picking up the salad. Talk about convenience.

Panera Bread offers a lot of different options from soups, salads, pasta, and sandwiches. I love their broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl but you got to get there early enough before they run out. Their bagels are also really good especially the cinnamon crunch. They offer a good deal on a bakers dozen for $ 6.99 on Tuesdays.

This place is usually pretty great customer service until today. I came in with hopes of buying my favorite here(which is their Mac and cheese) but when I ordered it, they were out of it. Okay fine, so then I asked for their clam chowder which again, they were out of. So fine, I ordered their broccoli cheddar soup which is great. When I went to order their chocolate chip muffin they were also out. Mind you, it was barely full and not that late into the day. Not only did they not have anything I really wanted, they took forever to bring out my food. Which makes me mad because I have only an hour for lunch and I don’t have time to be waiting for them to take their time. When my good finally comes out they bring me the wrong item… I can’t believe the terrible customer service I received today.

This started out as a negative review I was literally writing this while waiting for two breakfast sandwiches and coffee. I arrived at At 9:45AM and all the coffee was out. I asked for them to refill the coffee they said it would be five minutes. They forgot about me and someone else asked me can I help you and I told him there was no coffee been waiting for it to brew so they went back again. Finally the coffee came out 10 minutes later so I went over to pick up my sandwiches which ironically they weren’t ready yet either. There was no line at the registers and half the to tables were empty. I was slowly getting upset but then the manager handed me my money back(and another customer) he apologized for the delay. I must say this is what customer makes customer service. If you have an issue quickly recover and retain the customer. Well done.

I really have never experienced such ignorance at a place of business. I just left panera literally 10 minutes ago. I ordered a BOWL of broccoli and cheddar soup along with a SEPARATE bread bowl. That way I received more soup and no one would be touching the inside of my bowl. When the girl took my order, she cancelled it, and replaced it with a bread bowl. Which is not what I ordered. She even confirmed with me that I wanted a BOWL of soup with a sour dough bread. But instead, I received a CUP of soup with a cored bread bowl. DONTGOHERE. THEYTHINKTHEYKNOWWHATYOUWANTANDWILLCUSTOMIZEYOURODERACCORDINGLY. I STRONGLYRECOMMENDTHEPANERAINLAMIRADA. Update*** I called Panera about my experience. And I suggest anyone with a wrong order, long wait time, or forgotten order SHOULDCALLANDREPORTTHISCAFE. I at least got an apology for the poor attentiveness. –by the way YOUCANPURCHASE A BOWLOFSOUPAND A SEPARATEBREADBOWL–

This particular location is just terrible. I love panera, and go to this location every once in a while because it’s the closest to me, but they just get it all wrong all the time. Every time I order something from them, either something is missing, or something is wrong. I recently did a rapid order pickup for a bagel. My order should have been ready at 12:22. It wasn’t ready until 12:29, which isn’t a huge time difference, but it was a BAGEL. THATISIT! When I finally got my order, one slice was completely burnt and one slice wasn’t cooked at all. I brought it back and they gave me a new one. It wasn’t really toasted, just warmed even though I asked for it toasted. The sad thing is that it was a manager dealing with my order both times. The problem with this location is not just the regular staff, it’s management too. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Panera.

Asked my coworkers what I should get for lunch and one suggested a «salad and sandwich at Panera.» So that’s what I chose. Came in at 2pm and there was no line = no wait. Sweet. Their menu is not very helpful. A bit confusing. I finally decided on a half sandwich: chicken chipotle and a half salad: asian chicken. For some reason I thought this would be a «lunch special» but my food, without a drink, came out to $ 12. Quite pricey for a seemingly simple lunch. When I got my food, sandwich looked plain and so did the salad. The sandwich was flavorful but it was missing more substance. It’s literally less than one inch thick. They used super common greens for my salad(nothing fancy), with a few chopped almonds, cold chicken slices, sesame seeds and asian dressing. Taste? It was OK. Very similar to a McDonalds asian salad. $ 12 for a half chicken sandwich and a half chicken salad? Not a great deal for lunch. Customer service was OK. Nothing great but not bad either. What I did like a lot was their sandwich bread, French roll and the free pastry samples they were passing around. If Panera Bread were only a bakery, it could be a 4 – 5 star place.

Guys, there’s a reason why this Panera has only 2 ½ stars. It SUCKS! Every *single* time I order something from them they ALWAYS get the order wrong. I kid you not. Every single time. They either forget an item or add an item I didn’t want or give me the wrong thing. Now I have to check the bag every single time just like McDonald’s to make sure they didn’t screw up. But the biggest issue I have with them is their bagels. First of all, their bagels are horrible, but I get them every once in a while out of sheer laziness of not wanting to drive to a better store. All the popular flavors are gone by 9 am. And when I ask them if they will be making more, they say no. Really? My favorite kind of bagel is blueberry. 90% of their blueberry bagels is bread. They are so STINGY with the blueberries! One time I counted and there were 3 blueberries in 1 bagel. The rest were just blueberry smear marks. I kid you not. When I tried to special order them with extra blueberries, they told me they can’t because they only get a certain amount of blueberries shipped in. Bullcrap. If you want good bagels, go to Bagel Bistro in Fullerton or Brueggers in Brea. And if you want good pastry desserts, go to Corner Bakery across the street.

This was not my first visit to Panera Bread. Nonetheless, I am shocked to find such bad reviews about this establishment, let alone this location. Well, not everybody is guaranteed a great visit wherever they go! But for myself, I had a great experience when I came here. This establishment is located in the heart of beautiful La Habra in a big shopping center that also has a theatre. Parking is very ample here. I came here right after I got dismissed from class early. I was hungry and decided to give this place a try. It is awesome that outside the patio area, they have a fire pit, which was lit up when I arrived. Mind I remind you that I came around 9am! Nice! Inside it is roomy, which was better for me, for I had no problem finding a seat. I ordered the Mediterranean egg white sandwich with a San Pellegrino! The Mediterranean egg white sandwich has a egg white inside along with swiss cheese and a hint of mayo pesto sauce, which is just beyond delicious. The sandwich was small in size, which was just fine with me. Free wifi is offered here. It is very quiet during the morning, which made for a calm visit. Yes I am a fan of Panera Bread and am looking very much forward to coming back and trying something new from their already delicious menu!
