My A/​C went out, so I called a few different HVAC companies in the area. Freeze Master is the only one that actually answered and didn’t send me to voicemail. After talking to Juan, they were able to add me to their schedule at the end of the day in a few hours. Which, by the way, was well after normal business hours. Due to storms, they were a few minutes late, but called me ahead of time to let me know about the delay. Once they got here, they worked through the storms and fixed my A/​C in about 30 minutes. The price was fair. I really appreciate the communication as well as the willingness to put forth the extra effort in working late and in bad weather. Thanks so much!
