I called Blooms directly from out of state and Barbara helped me put together a memorial bouquet for a friend. I had misread the date/​time of the memorial service, yet Barbara was able to help me quickly select a beautiful bouquet and have it delivered the same afternoon. What wonderful service!

This store’s employees were very personable, kind and helpful. They helped me out of a very emotional situation that I was in. They made a gorgeous flower arrangement with roses and hydrangeas. Absolutely beautiful.

I recently had them do a rose bouquet for a friend’s 50^th birthday and once again they knocked it out of the park.
Love the store — the atmosphere they have built here is one that makes you want to return to the store again. The employees are amazing — full of kindness and a desire to help the customer.

I received my bouquet from Blooms by Essential Details last week for a goodbye party. It’s the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever received! I’m not impressed easily by regular flowers arrangements, because I see so many through my work (wedding photographer). It was obvious they put a lot of work into their arrangement, and I love how they incorporate unusual plants into some of their work, such as kale or succulents. I will definitely be referring this company to others.

I paid over $ 80 for a bouquet this company advertised on-​line (called «Fashionista Blooms» — the Deluxe version), and what was delivered to my mother in the hospital in LaGrange was nowhere close to what was advertised. First of all, the Fashionista Blooms’ Deluxe picture shows 14 roses that you can see — ostensibly there are flowers on the other side of the vase that the camera is not capturing — but even if they’ve made every flower point toward the camera and there are none in the back I still COUNTED 14 roses in the picture. The remaining flowers are colorful pink daisies and some white flower that I can’t see clearly. it’s in a stylish vase with green and pink ribbon wrapped around the vase. IN REALITY what my mother received was: an ugly, common green vase that has NO style; instead of pink ribbon the’yve substituted twine.. But here comes the real offense: only 5 roses and all remaining flowers are daisies. It is (and appears to be) a $ 9 bouquet in a complimentary (i.e. cheap and ugly) vase. ANd I paid $ 80. And it’s because the order came from CA and they figured I’d never see the bouquet. This type of misrepresentation is fraudulent, and I will never, never give this company my business again.
