Jasmine’s Cleaners

We were referred to Jasmine Cleaners by friends in the N. Glendale area. We’d just moved here, so quickly began getting information about the best local businesses. Three different sets-​of-​families go to Jasmine Cleaners. All gave Jasmine Cleaners very high marks in the way of the-​most-​important-​important-​categories: Attention-​to-​detail, quality-​of-​work– done/​craftsmanship/​price. While it’s a family business, Jasmine takes most of the orders, listens very carefully to what you want, need and expect. Listening is a very important skill, and the owner of Jasmine Cleaners gets very high marks in this area. So that she understands your specific work order, need. She’s just excellent at performing the work we’ve ordered. So far this has been alterations (Excellent). The dry cleaning of suits (Excellent), business and casual attire. Very reasonable prices, by the way. Excellent work on the dress shirts, suits, slacks — ties — work attire I constantly require.
If Jasmine promises you the work by a certain date, rest-​assured that work order will be ready. This is a very responsible business — they take a lot of pride in their good name in our community, i.e. their long-​standing reputation for being one of the best, probably THE best. For business emergencies Jasmine Cleaners was also good-​enough to do a few rush orders/​perform excellent work on rush orders. Jasmine Cleaners will work with you. The alterations were outstanding. I noticed a lot of happy customers on their way in or out of Jasmine Cleaners. Example a Mom bringing her daughter in for a Prom Dress, i.e. Prom alterations. Thanking Jasmine Cleaners for the quality-​of-​alteration, the young high school girl was very happy with the alteration/​fit. Asians in our Community are plentiful — and I’ve seen a high number of satisfied Asian, Armenian, English-​speaking customers. While dropping-​off or picking-​up clothes.
There’s just a good vibe at Jasmine Cleaners. Unlike I’ve seen at any other cleaners. We’ve been to over the years — do business with. Friendly-​owners make for friendly-​clientele, and it’s a very friendly, uplifting, positive atmosphere at Jasmine Cleaners. Jasmine is not in a rush to get your business, get you out of there. Rather she’s very friendly, pleasant, accessible. A further example of this are customers that bring Jasmine in PLANTS — or — CUTTINGS-​from-​plants that they think/​hope Jasmine will like. Even customers that have bought or bring fruit from their backyard trees. You have to admit this is very rare for a dry cleaning business, i.e. such-​great-​rapport between the family business and clientele — i.e. their customers. Great atmosphere.
There’s also a pair of shoes I’m attached to, they have meaning, a good memory, love the shoes but they’re probably 10 – 12 years old. Would still like to keep these, if only to wear casually and for specific occasions. Jasmine Cleaners also does shoes, i.e. repair — so I have high-​hopes my favorite shoes will soon be repaired.
The most important thing to us is knowledge of fabric, expertise in HOW-​to-​dry-​clean-​WHAT — and I think Jasmine Cleaner’s is at the high-​end of the scale with KNOWLEDGE OF FABRIC, KNOWLEDGE OF THE CRAFT. We would honestly trust Jasmine Cleaners with anything. Any order, any alteration, any fabric.
There is always parking, Jasmine herself will almost always receive and process your order.
Their quality-​of-​work and professional but friendly, courteous stands out above all the rest.

Jasmine handled getting my wedding dress cleaned for a reasonable price and they did a great job! The train was pretty dirty because we had an outdoor wedding on grass and cement. After cleaning, it was so white no one can even tell it was ever dirty. Also Jasmine did a great job at fixing the backing and restitching a few parts. I highly recommend her for cleaning and sewing.

Surly and not very friendly. I don’t know why she’s such a grumpy cat. Plenty of other dry cleaners in the area. One and done.

What an amazing way to treat a client! I visited jasmine’s cleaners first time a week ago and was very satisfied with their service. She gave me four dollars off from the receipt just because it was my first visit and offered to do the tailoring for free next time I visit her. When I picked up my clothes, it was flawless and smelled great! They are a green facility and do not use any chemicals to clean the clothing. I would defnitiely go back to Jasmine and recommend all my friends to go to her also!

My family has been coming to Jasmines for years now because of the excellent work and great customer service. I get all my dry cleaning and tailoring done here. I never have to worry about my pants being ruined after being hemmed because the alterations at jasmines are top notch. Great prices, great service, and great work.

I have been doing business with them for over 10 years I recently moved to Santa Clarita and I still go back to them to do my cleaning excellent work alterations also

Jasmine’s is excellent. It’s supposedly organic — I don’t know what that means, but the clothes don’t smell, which is my pet peeve.
I get my dress shirts folded and she was OK with that, met my price which was low.
Also we got a tux there for my son, worked out great.
Recommended!

Do not get your clothing hemmed here!
They have terrible service.
They do not use eco-​friendly products.
The comforter and sweaters I brought there looked as though it had not been touched when I picked them up «clean»
I had a bridesmaid dress tailored here… The fitting went well… My weight certainly did not change in the two weeks before the wedding… And I didn’t grow an inch! When u got the dress back it was unevenly hemmed and it looked like I had it altered for flood waters…
