Great place. Did my taxes here. The man Dan who helped me was great. Great customer service and straight to the point. He explained stuff to me in detail since it was my first time filing my taxes. Recommend this place and Dan, ask for him!

I made an appointment online about a week ago, received a confirmation text the day before, showed up and nobody was there. When I called corporate, there was no record of my appointment and no explanation of how I received a text confirmation if according to them my appointment didn’t exist. The representative went on to tell me that this office is seasonal… Then why is there a sign in the window stating, in huge letters, «OPEN YEAR ROUND BY APPOINTMENT»? And why was I even able to make an appointment? Waste of time and false advertising.

My tax lady here is Ruby. I thought she did a wonderful job last year on my taxes, and I’m looking forward to having her take care of me this year.
Last year she also explained to me that all the tax pros at H&R Block have to go through hours of schooling every year before tax season to learn about new tax laws. She really seems knowledgeable on all the latest changes…

Just talked to a client who has expressed recent dissatisfaction of their service. He states that the person who helped him, barely was understandable (heavy armenian accent), and did not give them advice that was accurate. Then someone else stepped in, and gave opposing advice. My client went to a local tax accountant, and got the correct advice and was shown the IRS publication that the advice adhered to. Really, they charge just as much as an accountant, without the background and education, and all they really want to do is sell you a bank product.
