THEY ARE THE BEST! My screen was destroyed but they fixed it like brand new in 15 minutes! I barely bought a drink next door and they were already done!

I didn’t catch his name, but HUGE thank you to the man who helped me! While the store didn’t carry what I was looking for, he informed me of other stores I could check out and even what to search online to order it. I really appreciated his willingness to help.

Fixed my cracked phone screen and dented iPhone frame in less than hour. Everyone I talked to was super personable and knowledgable about what they were doing and the rates were fair considering the damage I did to my poor phone. I’m definitely going to recommend them to any friends I have in similar positions. :)

The guys who own and run this store are great — they know what they are doing! We have used them several times from simple stuff to major fixes. They are involved in the community and are especially Vet friendly!

Arthur and Edgar fixed my phone within 30 minutes and did it perfectly! They are such great guys. Both know exactly what they are doing and are completely honest! My phone was completely shattered and now it looks brand new again! I will definitely come back (hopefully not because I crack my screen again) but because these guys do much more than just fix phones, they enjoy what they do! Thank you guys!

I took in my iPhone 5 for a new screen. They politely greeted me when I came in and replaced my screen with a new one at a reasonable price. It has been several months and my phone has not had any issues. Essentially they did exactly what I would want from an electronics repair establishment.

I took my computer in. It was a well established problem with Toshiba laptops — the cooling system went out. I brought it in and was assured the repairman was in later in the afternoon. I called back and left my computer password, and told them that if there was any problem at all to call me.
No call.
I called later to see if I could come pick up the easily fixable computer. The computer repairman answered and told me he couldn’t look at it, because he had to run a «diagnostic» and needed the charger, because of course a computer repair house doesn’t keep such a thing on hand. I explained to him that it was the thermal core, and that the computer was fully charged. He insisted that he had to run the diagnostic and that’s that. I walked the computer in that morning STRESSING how urgent it was, and then made a call to remind them to CALL me should there be any issue at all, and yet there was no call.
So, while talking to the repairman I finally just said I was on my way to pick up the computer. Actually, I had to go buy A NEW one first because their inability to follow through screwed me over for the morning.
So as I’m shopping, I got a call saying, «good news! we fixed your computer!». I thought, well, okay, he actually listened to me, and did the work. So — I happily went to pick up my computer. I paid 80 cash for it. Whew! the day worked out, I could actually get my work done! Maybe even return the new computer I had to buy!
But, No.
I turned the computer on, and within 60 seconds the same cooling system message started falshing.
Shut off within 5 minutes. In other words, they charged me for the repair, but did not do the repair.
And then didn’t bother to give me a receipt for the work.
Luckily, there’s a good computer repairman in the area. He did the work, and for less then what Electronics Beyond scammed from me.
These guys should stick to phones — computers clearly are not one of their strengths. I MIGHT be able to chalk up the scam for charging me to gross employee miscommunication — I mean, maybe the store clerk didn’t KNOW it had never been touched and just created a number out of the clear blue sky because he believed that’s the way to charge customers. He mentioned the thermal issue though … did WRITE IT DOWN. but he mentioned it — so I don’t know. Guys, was it a mistake taking my money? Or was it on purpose?

Upfront. Honest. Fast. Friendly. I’m a returning customer for sure. Edgar was incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Customer service at it’s best. This place is my new go-​to for all iPhone repair needs!

I thought that I gotta go back to Europe to find the right charger for my computer, when I tried the last time my luck. This store deserves more than 5 stars, Edgar fixed the problem with the charger in 2 min (when all other stores made me feel nothing but angry and anxious)

Fabulous customer service! My son had messed up the settings in his phone by doing something ‘cool’ that he read on the Internet. It shut down his phone completely. We brought his phone here. They fixed it in front of us and made sure it was working correctly. My son walked out of the store relieved, but more importantly, with his dignity intact! Thanks for not making him feel like a fool for trying something he read online! It was a gentle way for him to learn a lesson.

Twice now Arthur has replaced my iPhone 6S glass and LCD display. Always welcoming, always dependable, always done within 30 minutes. And always for a competitively fair price. I highly recommend you call them first.

What a great experience!!! I took my iPhone 6+ there to replace my shattered glass. Literally was out the door in 20 minutes. They are amazing, very accommodating, knowledgable, and efficient. They were recommended by two of my friends and they didn’t disappoint but exceeded my expectations. If you’re in a jam with your smart phone, don’t even think about going anywhere else, would be a waste off time. Also repaired it right in front of me. Didn’t need to go in the back and rummage around my phone. Very trustworthy. Can’t say enough, I am extremely appreciative!

Im going to be honest these guys are amazing.
Brought in my iPhone 4s and it was in horrific condition. (Check image as proof) I had a pretty good night last night and dont really remember exactly what happened to it.
I walked in and Arthur was there. Greeted me with a warm hello and asked if he can be of any assistance. I showed him the condition of my phone and he smiled with a reply… «thats an easy fix.»
I went next door for some coffee and sweets and 20 minutes in Arthur came out with my iPhone 4s is perfect like new condition. I asked him if this is really my phone and he laughed.
I highly recommend this place to all my fellow family, friends, La Crescenta residence and Unilocalers! Electronics Beyond is the best family owned iPhone and computer repair shop! I will definitely be back here again!

I have the iPhone 6 and i had to replace the screen because i shattered it, months later because of the apple defect of the phone bending my screen was coming off. I rushed over to Electronics Beyond and met Arthur who was so nice genuine and helpful and offered to help put my screen back on and also gave me advice so it wouldn’t happen again. I love this place because its local and Arthur is absolutely amazing. So thank you!!!

I went to target and Walmart to look for a specific auxiliary cord, which both didn’t have to my surprise. So I decided to give electronics beyond a shot and I wish I had made it my first stop! Arthur was very helpful and found the cord I had driven everywhere for in 5 seconds. Great store, will be back!

Attention computer geeks – PC or Mac, EB has all the connections/​adapters you will ever need for your laptop or desktop. They even have an old school VGA to HDMI adapter (never thought). I bought an HDMI splitter that was cheaper than F**** in Burbank, plus its a convenient in & out store as well.
The variety of phone adapters & accessories for your cell is unbelievable. Adapters for home stereos, video, connectors, you name it they have it.
Highly recommend coming here first before you fight the traffic going to the big stores.
Plus these guys are very helpful than the part-​time dudes working at the giant outlets.

I was able to meet two of the three brothers that own and run this place, and they welcomed me and my cell phone problems right in. My screen had gone kaput on my phone. T-​Mobile was kind enough to replace the phone since it was only three months old, but they said there was no way to save nor transfer all my contacts, photos or anything else saved on my phone. I was disgruntled, being that I had 1400 numbers saved on there, and retreiving even a fraction of them would be a giant headache. But the fellas at E.B. calmed my nerves and said they would take care of it, and wouldn’t you know it? By the next morning they were letting me know they had got everything off the old phone, even without a working screen. What T-​Mobile said couldn’t be done, these guys did in one evening, and saved me countless hours and irreplaceable photos.
