Something is just not right with these people. It says on the website that they take mobil payment(Which is the only reason we went to them). So we order our food and we pay with our mobile pay. The guy comes out and tells us our total is blah, we said«no, we paid with mobile pay.» So he goes back to talk to the manager. Comes back out and says his manager said«we don’t take mobile pay». Yet they took the money off of my card, and then put it back in. I agree with the man saying that are fraudulent, because they were adamant, about me just giving them my debit card. Don’t think so, why would I use my debit card when I put a lot of money on a mobile pay card. Needless to say we gave them back their food and drove off.

I don’t think you can give less than one star. I’ve heard the manager, Tim, is rude and disrespectful to his employees and customers, but witnessed it myself today while getting food through the drive through. I will never visit this location again. The Gm should rethink his top management position.

Wow. They need to hire more people to help out. First more people to handle the loads of customers. The consistent delays have made this a Sonics to avoid. Coupled with the fact that this is the second time they have run out of a food item makes me think the manager is clueless in logistics(on top of hiring). Save your time and hit a different joint.

This sonic location drastically revamped their services. I’ve experienced Very professional, prompt and accurate service over the past year — which is a drastic turn around from what was occurring in 2014. This tells me the owner listened and responded. Thank you !

I have given this Sonic way too many chances to keep my business. I believe I’m done. It’s unfortunate, because this location is very convenient for me, but unfriendly staff, incorrect orders, un-edible food, and possible fraudulent behavior of staff, had pushed me away. I just purchased the heavily advertised Ultimate Chicken Sandwich, and had to just throw it out. It had the consistency of rubber, even though it looked cooked. I’m praying I don’t get sick from it. On top of that, I only ordered the sandwich, and a drink, but got charged for, and received a Combo, with Tots. Definitely didn’t order that, because they didn’t even ask if I wanted fries or tots. The final straw, is something I cannot prove, so I will not directly accuse, I will just say I am seriously suspicious of. I made a very late night drive thru purchase, utilizing a credit card that not been used in some time. The clerk stated that they were having issues with the register at the window, so they took my card to the back of the building, near the kitchen, and freezer area, well out of anyone’s line of sight. I received a fraud alert 2 days later, from bank, advising an online purchase, from a Houston area Co, for over $ 500. I advised them it was not my purchase, and canceled the CC. I recommend paying with cash, if you do business here.

Go here all the time because its closest and most convenient but their average rate of accuracy would have to be 1 out of every 10 times. We just don’t drive away until we’ve looked in the bag opened things up and checked the receipt :/wish it were better but that’s how things go sometimes

Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. My order has been messed up so many times, I’ve lost count. How do you mess up a drink only order. I don’t plan on going there again, but if I do I just expect my order to be wrong. Never leave here without inspecting what they gave you. I can’t say this enough; Buyer BEWARE!!!

This is one of the worst experiences I have had at a Sonic. I’m not sure if they were understaffed for a Sunday early afternoon or just unorganized. We had to order twice because they cut us off the first time before we were finished ordering. Then, when the first order came out, it was wrong and they had to redo it.

Honestly, I’m pretty sure I wasn’t as silly in high school as some of the kids that work here. Granted, we all start somewhere and learn through mistakes. However, if you continue to make the same mistakes months later then I have to believe you’re just not learning anything. This all being said because of having order issues and having to return because of mistakes. The most frustrating part is going back to fix an order and still end up with another issue. I ordered my own drink and another for a family member. It looked like the right color but I’m not going to drink someone else’s drink to make sure. I get home and find out there were nerds in the drink which I didn’t order but was still charged for. I know high school kids turn over almost as frequently as people change socks but seriously the training needs to be addressed or something. I can’t keep wasting gas because some 16 year old can’t handle a simple drink order. I just won’t return if that’s the case. Luckily the managers don’t give you any hell about the issues. They fix the issue and do so kindly. That’s always a plus.

When this Sonic first opened they were great. Going through the drive through has become very painful. They do not listen and when they repeat the order back it is usually wrong. The shakes are hit and miss. In the drive the last visit they seemed to be doing more playing then paying attention. Having fun at work is great if the work is done. The girl working the window of course got the order wrong initially and then not paying attention gave back the wrong change. When she went to correct it she was unable to count back the change. If this had been the only instance of poor service I wouldn’t say much but it isn’t. The worse part is the supervisor, Tim called to inquire about my service and to say the least I should have been talking to a wall. I understand why the service is the way it is. Lead by example.

I do know one of the kid’s who works here and have gotten great service previously. The food quality had gone way down hill to the point where I will not get breakfast from here. The breakfast sandwiches usually have way too much salt in them. The hash browns are over cooked. This place has a big time problem when you tell them, «Easy Ice». I would like some soda with my huge ice cup. The food is usually hot and fresh. The only thing I will order from this place is ice cream. If I want my order done right, I will go over to the Sonic in Buda.

Sonic Happy Hour is one of the better things in life. I normal go to Sonic for drinks or desserts. This location is not bad. Their real fruit slushes are little weak though. More lemon or lime please. I like a little lemon in my sweet tea, but they always put way too much lemon. Their milkshakes and soft serve although not better than Dairy Queen are a better deal and still tasty.

I don’t write negative reviews, but this is the worst sonic on earth! They tend to mess up orders. On more than one occasion, my order was incorrect. Usually not a big deal. But, how do you mess up a cheese burger… Sonic Kyle knows how, they don’t put cheese on it. Don’t go there!
