MAP Mechanical

We have a maintenance contract we have paid for. We have called multiple times since April and they will not return the call. Nor have they bothered to refund half of the money.

Our AC stopped working and Joe from Map Mechanical came around to fix the problem. First of all, it was great that he arrived the exact time that we were told!
Sadly the attic was where the problem was, and it was measuring over 130 degrees up there. Joe worked incredibly hard, in that heat and fixed the problem.
Immensely grateful to Joe, would 1000% use Map Mechanical again.

Air conditioner quit putting out cold air at 4am. I called one company and earliest they could get to me was the next day. I then remembered we had a home warranty. I called the warranty people and placed an order. MAP came out same day and fixed the problem in under an hour. Joe was the tech and he not only showed me what caused the problem (clogged pipe, water backup) but how to fix it myself in future to save a wait. He even walked through the entire unit just to see if anything else was wrong or had been affected by the clog. He was great, professional, and if he didn’t know something he called the shop for back up rather than pretend he had all the answers! I will use them again for all air conditioning and heating needs.

Woke up to a blown A/​C in the middle of August here in Austin on a Sunday morning. Decided to put my home warranty to test and discovered that MAP Mechanical was a contractor for the warranty company. Mike went out of his way to make the Sunday service call; called when he was on his way to the house and was professional and courteous when he arrived. Most importantly, Mike found the faulty component and replaced it in less than an hour. I would recommend Mike from MAP Mechanical to family and friends after today.
