Anticipated 20 minute Sunday wait for table, got seated waited over 15 minutes for order to be taken, waited 40 minutes for food, which say in kitchen window getting cold for well over 5 minutes as I stared at it. Manager, Stephanie is obnoxious yelling at her staff our entire visit. Waffle House from now on if in the mood for a quick breakfast

We came at 9:30, with minimal people in the restaurant. Took us 10 minutes to get seated. The waiter came straight to the table and asked for the drinks we wanted, came back and got our order. It took an hour to actually get our food to the table and then realized it was the wrong order. They managed to get our orders right after the third time of reexplaining our orders to them. The pancakes were flat and tasteless. The eggs were burnt and the fries over cooked. I wasn’t expecting this kind of service at night. The day service is exceptionally better. DO NOT COME HERE AT NIGHT.

O.M.G… I just had the red velvet pancakes. What a heavenly experience! They were so light/​fluffy they practically melted in my mouth. They were so delicious! My wait person is Jennifer today and she’s a real sweetie.
I come here quite often and have NEVER experienced any of the things the haters claim to have experienced. Leaves me wondering if they have an agenda against this restaurant.

I can’t believe the service we got today. Not once did the server come to check on refills, she ordered our apps to come with our meal, definitely not a good thing.
Ran out of whipped cream and caramel and didn’t get the funny face pancakes for my grandson. She didn’t even inform me until later. Didn’t offer to make an alternate fruit face or anything until I asked.
I didn’t get caramel in my pancakes and again didn’t mention TO me until I asked. I was so disappointed in this service today.

Well I thought I would give it another try.
Again disappointed as heck with the service and food.
I took a picture of the fruit cup if you want to call it that. Just some old nasty looking watermelon and green melon. I guess I get spoiled with Denny’s Fruit Cup where I get a huge variety of fresh fruit. I am going to try to post pics of each so IHOP Managers can see what you are serving vs. what the competition serves.

Just left this Ihop in Kyle, Tx. Just spoke to the manager and I offered to pay for our drinks BUT I WILL NOT PAY FOR COLD FOOD! Eggs on all our plates were COLD, like they were made yesterday and left out all night then found their way onto our plates. I’m on vacation from California… we have better service there and HOT food. This Texas Ihop sucks. The manager said «it was just made & brought to your table.» NO, IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT. Don’t risk it, don’t go there… just a heads up
