Great dive shop!!! Everyone there is very friendly and super helpful. Jet was the best scuba guide ever!!! Took his time to help me relax and enjoy the dive. I would highly recommend them.

Went out with SD yesterday, swell was up and a wind chop. Capt Zack did a great job keeping the ride smooth and taking care of his divers. Most detailed PFD briefing I’ve ever had, I think he was left at sea once. Jackie and Josh did a great job as Divemasters. Jackie asked us what we specifically wanted to see, we wanted to photograph a frog fish, she found two. Diving were good, a little current on first dive. Took us to Caverns for second dive, great time. Good size boat, very personable staff, along with water and snacks. Very professional run operation. Great dive shop !!

Our diving experience was exceptional with Seaport Divers. We were scheduled for an afternoon dive, but we received a call the day before asking if we would do a morning dive because the boat was pretty full for the afternoon. We ended up with a private dive on that morning because it was just the three of us with Jackie the dive master and Zak the boat captain. We dove Turtle Bluff to Fish Bowl in the first dive and Sheraton Caverns for the second. Saw a shark on the first dive and probably 20 turtles on the second. The next time I’m in Kauai, I’m going to do the Niihau trip with takes 12 hours.

I could go on and on about the group we worked with during our recent vacation to Kauai… they were very professional but at the same time very relatable and always ready to assist with any questions or problems you may be having. We did an AM boat charter as well as a 3 tank 12 hr day with Seasport divers to Niihau. Between myself, my husband and my father they juggled all of our personal gear and needs flawlessly. I highly recommend diving with Seasport divers the next time you are in Kauai! I know I will. Kudos to DM Jackie, Captain/​Instructor Ryan, Captain Andrew and first mate/​DM Cole.

As a fairly new diver, I was unsure and a little nervous. This was my first ocean dive, and the crew made me feel comfortable. I’m definitely returning.

Came here today for my first dive everr! Omg. I was nervous. I was by myself so idk really nervous. For whatever reason I had cole (an instructor) all to myself– it was probably the way the numbering worked out. He knew I was super sketched out, and was supportive of me the whole time. He rocked!!! You know he was hottt too (never hurts to have a hott ass guy calm you down when your freakin) lol. Don’t know if I will ever dive again cuz my ears, but if I did, I would want to dive with cole! Aha

Had an amazing time despite me throwing up multiple times. Biggest boat on this island for scuba. And the gear was great! New! Will be back scuba diving with them shortly

The refresher course was fine. The crew was entertaining, very nice and helpful. I dove with Ryan and Jet. Zack was our captain. Their Sheraton Caverns signature dive was pretty awesome.

Ryan, Jet, Jackie and Captain Zak were amazing. My first time scuba diving and they did a great job training and making sure we were safe and had a blast!

I have used Seasport divers several times now and they continue to make my dive experience in Kauai wonderful. They are on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and they have helped me to become a better diver with their helpful hints. Their dive masters are upbeat and enjoy what they do showing things of interest all along the way. I will continue to use them in the future.

Great dive experience. My wife and I are new divers and we booked 2 afternoon 2 tank dives with this company. Our dive guides Jackie, Derek, and Ryan were just awesome. Jackie really took the time with my wife who was quite anxious this being her first dive since her certification. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend Seasport for a great dive experience.

I highly recommend Seasport Divers if you are going to dive Kauai or Niihau. I have been out with them several times over the years, one of our sons did his check-​out open water dives with them, and we have always had good experiences. This trip I did dives over two days, one in the afternoon and one the next morning, and the dive leaders Josh and Cole were awesome. The captain both times was Zach, whom another reviewer very accurately described as an irascible old sea salt. Zach was great, taught us some new things about safety, and was very helpful. Not only that, but they were careful not to visit the same places over the two days to ensure we got to dive all different sites.
As I said, highly recommended!

My wife and I have used Seasport before for intro dives in Kauai — every time has been a great experience. This time we decided we wanted to get our open water certification. We had a great time — we loved our instructor, Maura, she explained the information very clearly and made the experience fun. We’ll be back again soon to do some more dives with Seasport. We would definitely recommend Seasport for anyone interested in diving in Kauai.

Took a intro to diving from Ryan while on vacation at the grand Hyatt. Ryan was a great teacher for my first time at diving even a pool setting. Was a great experience to try out and going to book a ocean dive tomorrow.

Seasport Divers is a great shop. Professional dive masters (Greg!) and a great Captain Zac, who is a real irascible old salt. The boat is nice and big, the warm shower is great after a cold dive and the snacks and water are much appreciated. Highly recommended.

We went diving with Cole and Derek yesterday! Great guys! Derek is fun to around and makes the dive top side relaxed and up beat. Cole hands down made our dives memorable with knowing where the nesting Octopus was, white tip shark experience and tons of swim through. Good stuff! Would definitely go to the Sheraton Caverns and ask for Cole! Unbelievable swim throughs and sea life. Thanks Cole, you ROCK!

We had an awesome time scuba diving and was made even better by the greatest instructor Liz. She was so kind and extremely patient along with the rest of the staff as well. Highly recommend Seasport will be coming back again!!!

Seasport Divers is awesome! We did a total of 6 dives (6 tanks, Nitrox) with them over two days. The price is totally reasonable for the level of service, professionalism, and safety.
Called and reserved the dives a few days in advance and DEREK was super helpful and accommodating. He got us planned and squared away.
Our afternoon dive was with COLE, MAURA, and CAPTAIN ANDREW (hilarious old sea captain).
Our night dive was with DEREK and CAPTAIN RYAN. Awesome sights and creatures. Dive lights provided.
The next morning, our dive was with. COLE, CAPTAIN RYAN and CAPTAIN ANDREW. Great sights. Everything set up and good to go.
The sea life: saw all kinds of creatures. Fish. Turtles. Sharks. Shrimp. Nudibranchs. Eels. Octopus. Whales (while on the boat). It was pretty bad ass.
Everything was taken care of and set up for us– all tanks, BCDs, regulators, dive computers, etc. If you need flippers, masks, snorkels they have them for you. THEY TAKE CARE OF ALL THE DIVE PAPERWORK — BOTTOM TIMES, SURFACE INTERVALS, ETC
All of the staff is accommodating, safety minded, and polite. They’re super friendly and down to earth. They made for an awesome trip and were ultra friendly.

These guys are great! My partner and I signed up to do their uncertified dive. We got a bit of classroom education then we did a «pool dive» in a very calm shallow harbor before doing two costal dives.
Jackie, our instructor, was amazing! She was confident and knowledgeable, a great teacher. She helped me calm myself when I freaked out both at the beginning of the pool dive and the first ocean dive. She was great!
There were only three people diving with the one instructor (and they’ll only take four per instructor for uncertified dives) so we all got taken care of and monitored. I never felt like I didn’t have someone helping me or watching out for me in the water or on the boat.
Jackie was really knowledgeable about the sea life. She lead us to a bunch of different organisms to check out. We saw eels, frog fish, so many sleeping turtles, and some tiny things that you don’t get to see when you’re snorkeling, like nudibranches.
We did have to reschedule twice because of ocean conditions, but I’d rather reschedule than go out when its too rough or the visibility is poor. I also ended up getting sea sick, but I always do. I should have taken a pill before the boat!
I’d absolutely do this again!

So many dive companies — how do you choose?!
1) Price
Seasport is just a smidgen cheaper than other shops.
2) Knowledge
Seasport was the only dive shop I called that recommended that I dive in the afternoon due to calmer waters. My last dive was 1.5 years ago.
3) Professionalism
The staff was so fun, outgoing, and AMAZING!
4) Cool dives
Sheraton caves was the best! I am not a super advance diver but I have some cool places under my belt (or should I say… in my log book). I’m going to list them so I can sound cool… I have dove in Curaçao, Maui, Puerto Rico, St. Lucia, Vietnam, and now Kauai!
