The hotel seems pretty clean. My husband loved the Jacuzzi tub and the fireplace was a nice touch. To us, the most important things are the bed and the TV. Both are fails. We have stayed at Baymonts more than any other hotels, just because we know we’ll always have a great bed. This one seemed to be years old and not up to Baymont standard at all. The TV is way old fashioned as well. With all the great hotels available here in the area, they need to step up their game a bit. Sorry. We kind of wish we’d paid a little more and made sure we got a great nights sleep.

Easy to find. Had a good visit at this hotel. Rooms and pool were clean and great value. Complimentary breakfast better than I expected and was kept well stocked. Staff was accessible and friendly. Great affordable gem if attending functions at the Convention Ctr. You don’t get onto that bottle neck Pigeon Forge traffic but all that is only 10 mins away. I would consider staying here again when traveling this area.

What an absolute perfect example of a «Roach Motel» It was so disgusting and appalling I took pictures so it could not be spun into anything else than what it is. The room slammed you in the face with a wall of musty/mold smell when you opened the door, light bulbs not working. Filth. simply disgusting filth. I will be taking this to corporate level because it’s inexcusable to subject the public to this. I was too exhausted to go elsewhere after being on the road for 9 hrs straight. I grabbed my pillow from home out of the car and laid on the bed fully clothed and was gone at first day light. Every itch had me wondering if something was eating me causing a very restless night and leaving no more rested than when I arrived. That was $ 85 I hope they choke on. Never again for Baymont/Wyndham. Wyndham rewards my ass.

We stayed here for a while during our recent trip while waiting for our room to be ready at the Wyndham up the street. This place does the job; the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a decent size swimming pool that is heated and it even has a ledge in one area, which is nice for kids, so they can hold onto it if you are teaching them how to swim. They do have a gym here too, but it is a joke, it is just a room with an elliptical and a television and a water dispenser. The beds and bathroom were clean. We had a few issues, but the cleaning staff fixed them right away. They have Wi-Fi here too, which is free and is quite fast. In the morning they offer free continental breakfast, which includes eggs, French toast, cereals, bagels, pancakes, yogurt, toast, milk, apple, coffee, and orange juice. They also have some fruit. If you are visiting the area, this is a great place for your money. Due to the friendly staff, free breakfast, swimming pool I’d give these guys 4 stars. [Review #165]

For $ 56 a night, this place is worthy of 5 stars. Other than 1 towel and pillow case being dirty, everything else was clean in the room and hotel. Everything worked and when the bathroom light went out, they had it fixed quickly. The staff is super nice and the location is pretty much dead center of Pigeon Forge so you can walk to many places or have a quick drive up or down 441. And across the street is Mel’s Diner. We never ate the free breakfast because we woke up too late but Mel’s is a great place. I would stay here again if we make it back to Pigeon Forge.

I’ve stayed in this Hotel 3 times in the last 3 years and have found it to be the best place to stay close to Dollywood or the Gatlinburg area. The Hotel offers large clean rooms, free breakfast, outside and inside pool, a safe location, quiet neighborhood, quality services with a courteous, professional management and housekeeping staff. While this Baymont Hotel is an older property, it’s been kept up, properly maintained and compares to any Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn, only a lot cheaper. My family travels extensively and have high expectations, this hotel exceeds the standards in the area. The mangement, staff, and housekeeping are trustworthy, polite, and go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This property is located off Route 40 Exit 417(Bass Pro Shop) in Kodak, 8 miles from Pigeon Forge. Its location offers privacy from all the noise you would hear from the rides and carnival attractions in Pigeon Forge. If you like a nonstop noise and a carnival atmosphere then book one of the many run down hotels in Pigeon Forge. P. S. I’m not a family member of the owner or any of the staff working there but feel a moral obligation to tell the visiting public about this Hotel. I’ve been burned to many times by Hotel advertisements filled with bogus exaggerated claims. J.H. Winchester, Va

The Baymont Inn came as a nice surprise. We chose this hotel literally at the last minute as we were too tired to continue driving. They are a pet friendly and smoke free hotel, which was a plus for us. There was nothing special about the location or the décor but it was clean and reasonably comfortable. What was special was the price! I can’t remember how much we paid but it was very reasonable(I believe it was somewhere around $ 67 after our AAA discount). Continental breakfast is comes with the stay and it was just fine. My only complaint was the hotel had a serious ladybug problem. There were approximately 10 of them on our ceiling in our room. I checked several other rooms and they all had them. I have nothing against ladybugs, but I really rather they not hang out in a room I’m paying to stay in. Hotel staff is aware of the problem and just has not found a way to keep them

This Baymont is either brand new or newly renovated. The reception area is gracious and inviting. It’s a smoke free facility. The room has great finishes and a very comfy bed. It has an indoor and an outdoor pool, neither huge but both nice. In the morning there is a continental breakfast, with a belgian waffle bar. A little while after we were in the room, we got a call from the front desk to see if there was anything they could do for us. The hotel is convenient to Pigeon Forge, about 20 minutes away. I’ve stayed at numerous Baymonts before but this is the first that has impressed me with it’s décor, the graciousness of the staff, the comfort of the facilities and the complementary amenities. Also has free internet.
