Well, not a good impression thus far…
Called Wednesday morning before noon to make an appointment for Friday after noon with Debra Epps, especially because her brochure claims she sterilizes her implements in an autoclave and because she is a certified advanced nail tech.
She did not return my call promptly as the answering machinne indicated, so i called again later that evening and finally reached her, apparently when she was driving and thus she put me on hold.
No appointments Friday, and she doesn’t work weekends (according to her brochure), so her schedule eliminated me.
Guessing that she has a booming business already and new clients currently are not a necessary part.
Disappointed.
Forgot to add that the soonest she could schedule me was the 17^th of the month — 9 days from now — thus a manicure, pedicure or nail polish change is far off for a new client.
