First off, you can smell the smoke roll out of this place as you walk up to it, and then the smell knocks you in the face as soon as you open the door. That alone made me sick. Then when I went to order a Yuengling, the guy didn’t even tell me beforehand, nor were there any signs posting that they only took cash. Which $ 4 for a bottle of warm Yuengling was way over priced anyways. On a positive note, the karaōke was fun, for as long as my throat lasted in the dense smoke. I have no intentions on going back to this place.

Thoroughly surprised this doesn’t have so many reviews. Probably because this is a little gem that most would like to keep secret. Located just outside of downtown, I consider this Dive Bar /Karaōke Bar a Knoxville staple. Calling all hipsters, reds, bikers, and oddballs of the city. Toot’s is always a good time. How can you not when a car hood is hanging next to you with Dolly Parton on it? People watching is pretty great, along with the amount of confidence of many Karaokers. Don’t forget Cash only!

We went for Saturday night karaōke and had a whale of a time. The karaōke choice is incredible, with a bible of songs to choose from, and unlike some places there’s no 2 hour wait to get up and sing. Beer prices are good too, although if you’re not a beer drinker you’re in the wrong place. The reason I didn’t give it 5 is because it’s a cash only bar and I hate carrying cash. They also don’t provide an ATM inside so you really need to start the night with cash on you or face the sober consequences.
