the final product looks fabulous, but along the way there were some issues:
1. the back and forth on revisions took quite a while. it would take a week or two for the designer to reply with more questions after having only read my email for the first time. then another week would go by before I got the next proof. mind you, a majority of my changes related to comments i had given before and that were never made.
2. the hang tags were punched upside down and the inks between the invite pieces did not match. they sent replacements a week later, but the invites were already very late. they would not even consider any discount for the trouble.
3. beware that they quote you for 100 invites and if you later need to scale down, the discount is VERY minor. they blame it on the set-​up fee (i used one of their standard designs), therefore making the breakdown per invite $ 3/​each and set-​up a whopping $ 12+ per invite. Doesn’t seem reasonable…
In the end, I still loved the product… just some things to beware of.
