5⁄17 things were great no issues. In kudos to the manager for helping a guest try and save money. I’m a decent fan of this chain — have always like their salad bar. This is my third trip to this particular restaurant. The other two where uneventful and pleasant. We were seated fairly quickly to a dirty table. First issue. The waiter took a while to get to us. In fact the waiter walked past us and turned and seemed surprised to see us. Anyway by the time he did show up we had enough time to go through the menu and decide on what we wanted. Second issue Our food took forever third issue Other than that the food was good. I had my normal New Orleans Seafood — it was good as usual. I’ve always loved RT’s salad bar but this one is smaller than most I’ve been to but still good. My wife enjoyed her meal as well as the kids. My wife was not happy with the service to the point of telling me not to leave much of a tip. Last issue– this is some what of smaller issue but the floor was dirty. This was after Church so they were busy.

Surprisingly the wife suggested Ruby Tuesdays for our Sunday dinner and I said sure why not. I started off with a Bloody Mary and it was well constructed! I’m a Bloody Mary snob and I really enjoyed it. We ordered the Thai spring rolls and they were pretty tasty. Really liked the sauce that came with it. The appetizer was crunchy and sweet and worked well together. My wife ordered the salad bar and I ended up choosing the new double decker chicken. Two good sized chicken breasts stacked on top of each other with crispy bacon in between while the top was covered in baby Bella mushrooms, Parmesan cream sauce and asiago cheese. The chicken was cooked perfectly. I was very impressed with the portion size and taste. We had a really good server named Latwan(if I remember correctly) who was kind and very responsive. A very nice way to end the weekend.

This Ruby Tuesday never disappoints! The food from the menu is amazing in itself(oh my, the steak!!!) but the salad bar is to die for! Or as they call it, the garden bar. It is always so fresh and stocked with so many toppings that you can’t fit everything on your plate! Tonight I had the petite sirloin and it is very small for the price tag of $ 12.99. BUT it is so delicious! It just so happened that my steak was way overcooked and the extremely wonderful waitress and the manager both offered to have them make me a new one but I refused because it was still good. Providing the terrific customer service that they do, the manager gave us a free dessert. We had the blonde brownie with vanilla ice cream and it was absolutely delicious!!! They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and that really says something! We eat here often anyway but this just made me love it even more! Thank you for putting the customer first!!!

This is consistently one of the best Ruby Tuesday locations. I had the salad bar. It was well stocked and all of the items were clean and fresh. My wife had a steak which was decent, but a bit too well done for her taste. We told the server who was very sympathetic. She offered to have another one cooked. We declined saying that it was no big problem. The manager also came to our table to offer to correct the mistake. We told him we were very appreciative, but really it was ok. He then informed the server that he would give us a free dessert to make up for it. My wife and I were so pleasantly surprised by this excellent customer service. We have been here many times and will continue to return!

After many bad experiences at many Ruby Tuesday locations, my husband and I finally got decent food and decent service. Was it just ‘Lucky Tuesday’ or is this location more competent than the other area locations? It’s just too soon to tell. But there’s hope. I had the ‘Fit and Trim’ Parmesan Shrimp Pasta and my husband had a coupon for a free birthday burger, so he ordered the Smokehouse burger. Both of our entrees were pretty good and made correctly. For the money, my pasta was a good deal. My hubby said his burger was good but not great. He ordered onion rings instead of fries and that was the highlight of his meal. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would say if you are going to a Ruby Tuesday in Knoxville, TN, go to this one.

This Ruby Tuesday is one of the nicest ones that I have ever been to. All of the servers are quick to respond and the dishes just seem like they pay more attention to detail than the others. Their salad bar is always stocked well, which we always get the salad bar so this is an important component. Definitely one of the best Ruby’s that we have been to.

I had my food taken away. It was a quesadilla appetizer which had some strange cheese, and they have no salsa. My eating companion had a dish which had over cooked onion rings. One had noi onion in it. Maybe the salad bar and desserts are all that are palatable,.

Typical Ruby Tuesday food so my 4-stars is based on franchise food. This Ruby’s does a good job with their menu and the servers are super-attentive. It’s great to grab dinner after kids’ sports or evening events.

I love the new menu. BUT I miss the desserts. I LOVEd the chocolate tall cake and strawberry talk cake. They need to add more stuff to the dessert menu.

The one on Northshore is the only decent one I have found left and that is the salad bar. They should go back to their roots and what made them famous. The Father retired and turned it over to the Son who doesn’t have a clue and has proceeded to destroy it. They are going out of business right and left and all the places they bought have already gone under. I look for this to go too, unless the Father comes back and rescues it from the pathetic hands of the Son. Sad because it used to be so good.

There’s something to be said for predictable, affordable and somewhat healthy food. This particular Ruby Tuesdays is smaller than most others. It has more of an intimate feel. Add to that the DIM/Semi Bright lighting on timer switches(15 minutes dim, 15 minutes bright. OK…) and you’ve got a romantic evening made. The service is good here. But not spectacular. We were approached promptly after being seated for drinks and food. I ordered: Lobster New Orleans: Tilapia filet lightly crusted with a spiced flour and baked(or sauteed?), topped with chunks of real LOBSTER meat and a creamy Parmesan sauce. The lobster was fair for a chain restaurant. And the strange combination of creamy Parmesan actually worked well on top of it and the tilapia, which by itself was salt-less. Side: Brown Rice Pilaf: Note– the rice looked yellow but tasted brown. It was topped with chopped red and green bell peppers, tomatoes and something the menu failed to mention: Melted cheese. Side: Steamed Broccoli that was more like«Broccoli Smoothie.» Ok, it wasn’t THAT bad. It was more like«Broccoli MUSH.» My fiancé ordered: Surf & Turf– or «Steak and Lobster.» A petite filet of sirloin steak, 7oz, medium rare. This meat was tender, juicy and tasty. Not a lot of fat, either. The lobster tail looked strange, but tasted fine. It was missing drawn butter though. And when we asked for it, it took more than five minutes to receive it. And it really wasn’t melted. My stepson order the Bacon cheeseburger medium rare. He’s always happy with everything so no comment on that. I’ve never had a bad meal at Ruby Tuesday’s. It’s a warm and casual dining experience, with a pretty wide selection of food at affordable prices. They have a very nice salad bar with lots of choices, too. You can add this to any entrée for a minimal price, or get it alone as a meal. At the end we gave a coupon for«Buy one entrée get one free.» The manager decided it would be a good idea to remove the cheapest item from the check, and credit it as our free item. I said to my family, «Well I don’t think so! I want my $ 16.99 entrée credited, and if they can’t do it, then give me a separate check for the darn bacon cheeseburger and put the two expensive entrees on another check, then deduct one from that!» Fortunately, for Ruby Tuesdays, I didn’t have to fight with anyone. The manager gladly credited us for the right entrée. Which was the RIGHT thing to do.
