I give zero stars to King Cleaners. I brought in my 100% silk wedding gown to be dry cleaned and was assured that they could do the job, no problem. A week later my friend picked up the dress and no one mentioned to her that they had utterly destroyed the dress. It apparently was washed in a washing machine! They attempted repairing the dress, but the fabric was completely ruined. the owner was kind and assured me that they would compensate me for the dress. That is little consolation since my wedding is in 6 weeks and now I don’t have a dress and can’t get another one of the same style. :(. Terrible!!!
