This company is bad news. I was told by the owner, Mike, that he charged $ 199 for 5 days for a 20 yard dumpster, $ 10 for every day thereafter, $ 55 if they had to do a pick up in between. I called 3 times to have them fax or email me a contract before I finally got it. There was no email or fax number on their cover letter so that I could get it back to them ahead of delivery. I filled out the contract, which had been sent to me blank, and handed it to the driver who delivered the dumpster. I called 3 days later to have the dumpster emptied, $ 55, and then learned my contractor was ill and couldn’t complete the week. Upon speaking to the owner, I was told the price was actually $ 299 per week for a 15 yard dumpster, contrary to what he had represented to me only a few days earlier. If you feel you have to deal with this company, I urge you to get your contract signed by the OWNER in advance, because otherwise you are completely at his mercy inasmuch as he has your credit card on file.
Waste Connections is cheaper for the same size dumpster and allows you to keep the dumpster for up to 2 weeks, no additional dumping fee. They are very professional, sending you their contract within 10 minutes of your call to place the order. They bill you a month later.
