They did a good job on the dog when they groomed him. I used this business for quite a while. I paid at time of service, never kept them waiting on me. They kept me waiting a few times and never showed. They stopped grooming my dog with no explanation, they just stopped showing up and never returned my phone calls. I found out later this was a pattern with them. My dog was older and this was very traumatic for him. People are in business to make money, I completely get that. You pay more to have a mobile groomer because you want better care for your dog. I feel that AJ and Tracie (owners) don’t care about the dogs they groom, it is all business with them.
