Buffalo Wild Wings

Came here with my brother in law and his wife who were visiting from MI. It was a Saturday night and the place was packed. We sat in the bar area and it was so loud. Our servers were great and very friendly. The food was mehh. My husband enjoyed his wings, my brother in law didn’t enjoy his boneless wings, and his wife didn’t finish hers either. Also her side of mac’n’cheese we really cold but they replaced it fast with a fresh one. My tenders were almost all bread and no chicken. I only enjoyed my fries. B’dubs in MI where we’re from are much better.

I went there at noon on a weekday. There were very few people eating and only one other at the bar. The bartender was very nice and professional. It took 25 minutes for my food to come out and it was nearly cold when I got it. The cheese on the fries had completely hardened. I didn’t have time to reorder since I had to return to work, so I ate what I could and left. The meal was expensive and NOT worth it.
On another note; there was a sign in the window stating that BWW bans guns on the property. I have read how they treat law enforcement too. I will not patronize this business again. Even if their food was good I wouldn’t go in a place that didn’t respect the rights of US citizens. It’s probably frowned upon to pray in there too…

When we first walked in there were 3 young girls at the podium, none of them greeted us or made eye contact. After a few moments a girl finally ran over from across the dinning room and showed us to a table, she also gave us menus. We knew what we wanted to order within a few minutes and closed our menus. After about 8 minutes of waiting and not having seen our server– even though multiple had walked past our table– a family was seated down at the table across from us. Within a few moments their server was at their table taking their drink order. We got up and left at that point, I doubt if the employees even noticed if we had left. Avoid this place for sure!

Ordered traditional wings on their tuesday traditional wing night special. The mild wings were not edible because there were a couple that were completely raw and found hair on one of them. I called the restaurant and talked with the manager. They took my name and assured me that they will get me a credit for more wings when I come back. However I won’t be returning. Too bad because I DID like this restaurant.

1. +The chicken wings were big and the buffalo sauce was great!
2. –The waitress never refill our drinks or gave us any extra napkins.
3. –The server was not friendly. She acted like we did not exist. I said it might be because we are Asian. She tend to the American family in front of her multiple times and only tend to us twice. Water and take our orders and then bring us the food and bill. Literally feel like she was hostile to us.
4. –Sat me and my wife at a very sticky unclean table. We literally had to clean it ourselves.
5. –Literally gave us the wrong orders or part of what we ordered only. I really hate waitress like her. The place was empty but she never made any effort to ask us how we were doing. You have a restaurant fill with 30+ workers and only three tables are being used and still you have crap service.
Overall I wouldn’t go there again. If I do, I won’t leave a tip. I use to be a waiter to put myself through college. I know it’s a crap job, but you took the responsibility, so act accordingly and professionally. I work hard at everything to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. She think she can get away with that kind of service? I still left a generous tip, because I believe everyone deserves a second chance. But if we cross again and that is the kind of service they intend to have there, I won’t be so forgiving and generous.

Went here last Sunday night and got a burger, and the service was a lot better. Hope they continue that trend.

I love the space. The service was very below average. I was disappointed and sad for the fact that the waitstaff was totally overwhelmed with the number of folks that came in on a Sat evening during March madness. The live music was awesome. But getting a table was unpleasant. The staff were unprofessional and didn’t seem to know heads from tails. It was only «OK» for me — being an out of towner and expecting more. I probably would not return if I were back in town.

Spend your money elsewhere like maybe Wild Wing Café which is around the corner from Turkey Creek. My kids and I ate here last night and we typically enjoy BWW. We were seated and waited 10 – 15 minutes for someone who ended up being a manager to take our drink order. While we waited on that to happen multiple servers walked by our table made eye contact with me and continued to take the orders of tables around us who were seated after us. Once the manager took our drink and food order this didn’t get much better. When we got our food it was lukewarm at best and my daughter and I ordered boneless wings with a wet sauce. Only about half the wings had any sauce on them. The manager seemed like she was bothered by taking our table. I understand that with being a manager she probably didn’t want to do it because she had other things to do but we, as her table should have NEVER been feeling that from her. There was a nice waiter that came on, Coty I believe his name was. He kept an eye on our table and finally came over said «I’m going to take over this table.» He was very attentive but at this point we were already ¾ of the way finished with our food and I was so displeased with our service and how everyone acted like we were an inconvenience. We weren’t even a difficult table, we didn’t ask for anything extra or for anyone to go out of their way or above and beyond for us. I will never visit this B-​Dubs again!

Giving this location five stars because everything just made me happy. Rolled in here after about 14 hours in a car driving from Dallas en route to Townsend, TN. Already was in a bad mood from trying to find a bottle of wine to buy to learn that in Tennessee you can only buy wine in a liquor store. And I was tired. And starving. Walked in… asked if we could be seated somewhere as close to alcohol as possible… and super staff Andrew immediately took us to be seated at the bar and got super bartender Matt to help us out. The food was good. The alcohol was good. And Matt was a great bartender! Thanks also Matt for the hiking recommendations in the Smokies!

All I asked was for a snack size boneless wings. This should consist of 8 wings the man told me, however after paying for my to go bag and waiting almost a half hr I received my to go bag and left. To find out when I got home I only received 7 boneless wings. If I paid for 8 I should get 8, bww stole a wing from me. Not happy about this, that is just bad by is buisness. Not going there again.

I understand it is .65 cent boneless wing night, but it has been over an hour and I had to find someone else to get a drink because my server is clueless. My pregnant wife loves to sit and not be fed. Can I choose half a star since I don’t know what my food tastes like.

We have been here twice and will continue to come back anytime we are in Knoxville. Both times we have had Penn and he is the greatest server we have had at any restaurant. It doesn’t matter how busy he is he makes you feel like you’re the only table he has !!!

Upon walking in, we were seated rather quickly.
Amber is our server. we ordered some appetizers, mozzarella sticks, garlic mushrooms and of course wings for our main courses.
They have new items since we been here last.(see picture of menu)
This place just went sour. My buffalo chicken wings were RAW!!! Yes, RAW! The chicken was cold not hot on the inside and bloody.

Manager grabbed them off the table after he seen me take a picture of them… raw poultry is something you really dont mess with… he said it was a vein… wow!!! He took my wings off the bill.
Will NOT be coming back to this establishment!!!

I’m giving this review 2 stars because of how awful the burgers were. We did have wings as well which were good but the burgers just left such a bad taste in my mouth but there are other places I can go to get wings just as good or better and now we know there’s no reason to go back here again. We came here on a Sunday afternoon and were able to get right in and the service was fast enough. We got the garlic parmesan wings which are really good and then we both got burgers and they were honestly some of the worst burgers I have ever had in Knoxville. They 100% tastes like a frozen patty they even have like those weird squared edges. They were tough even though I ordered medium and I only ate about 5 bites and just gave up luckily I was already full from the wings. The burger that my fiancé got he took one bite and had to return it because he also asked for medium and it was so charred and tough so he just ended up getting regular chicken fingers. Now we are not people who usually return food but that’s how bad it was that there is no way we can really eat this it was honestly disgusting. Now I know you should not be expecting a great burger at a wing place but it’s honestly not hard to make a decent burger I can make a burger at home ten times better than they can make one at this place so I don’t know if they are rushed or just genuinely do not care.

The most expensive beers I’ve found in Knoxville. $ 7 for a Stella? Otherwise exactly what you’d expect coming here

First time here and found it is amazing. Because of the football season so here is so crowded even at 2：00pm. We ordered the 10 wings with the price $ 9.99. You must try the Korean sauce it is so yummy! The garlic parmesan cheese with chicken flatbread pizza is good, too. Actually we wanna try the spinach with cheese one but they are out of stock. Good service but the food were delivered very slow due to so many people here.

Friendly and fast service in the bar and the food is consistently good. This is Buffalo Wild Wings – guess what’s good here? Chicken. This isn’t the place to go for a family cheeseburger – Red Robin is next door. But it’s great for a cocktail and appetizer with friends while watching a ballgame and escaping the shopping traffic in Turkey Creek.

Not sure what the previous reviews of good service about, unless you sit at the bar. I come here about once a week and the service is consistently the worst I have ever experienced. Sitting in the restaurant now, server had to check out and was sending another one over to take our table over…30 minutes plus ago!!! This is a constant with this restaurant!!! They refused to serve my 73 year old father a few weeks ago because he didn’t ha e his license on him!!! Seriously??? Get a clue BW3! Great place to watch games and good wings but the worst service anywhere!

Absolutely great service. Friendly staff and good food. One of the larger BW3s I’ve been too.

Service was good, was there on a Tuesday night during 45 cent wings. Decent selections of beers on tap and the pretzel appetizer was very good. But there’s one reason I come to BWs and its the wings:
Bad wings, soggy fries = avoid this place.
